On this level, there is the kitchen, living / dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom was refurbished in 2015. The living area is very colourful and welcoming with armchairs, sofas and a dining table, along with a fireplace for those winter rentals. Elegant chandeliers hang from the ceiling and there is access to a large terrace. The terrace itself has a dining table and chairs along with a more relaxed seating area around a coffee table. The interior has been particularly arranged so that all rooms offer amazing views over the lake and to the picturesque towns on the opposite shore, Meina, Lesa and Belgirate.

Other Things to Note:
There is nothing better than enjoying direct lake access when you're holidaying in the Italian Lakes and this Italian Lakes lakeside villa delivers this in bucketfuls! The garden is a wonderful space, with lawns sloping down to the lake water. There is nothing more peaceful than enjoying a BBQ here in the evening listening to the lake water lapping against the shore. However, as an added bonus, we love the fact that if you don't feel in the mood for cooking, you have a choice of great restaurants to walk to (or you can even catch a boat to one of the restaurants in the other lakeside towns and enjoy lunch somewhere else).

There is a local point of contact if guests need anything during their stay, otherwise, we leave our guests to enjoy their holiday in the villa in peace.
