"We are very familiar with Earthships and love the earthy nature of the Dobson Earthship in Taos. The road to the 6,000 sq. ft. Earthship was dirt. warn and rutted by their recent torrential rains. Our all wheel drive was sufficient to navigate the several miles of dirt roads. The host, Brenda is wonderful and very knowledgeable about Michael Reynold's architecture. "This was a small but cozy studio room (bed and living area combined) which was perfect for my wife and I. The heat worked well (we experienced Taos's first major snowstorm of the forthcoming winter season) and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. Mini frig. and small coffeemaker were great to have. Within walking distance of the Plaza. All in all, a wonderful visit!"

"I was treating my girlfriend to my favorite place in the country Taos New Mexico her first time and she was so amazed at the room that I reserved. And I was too everywhere we looked it was most beautifully appointed and creative taosena style of an artist I would even love to meet! Had the atmosphere and feel of the Taos home and artists home. "This place has 360 views of the mountains and you can see Rio Grande Gorge from the bedroom! It’s quiet, private and peaceful. My favorite part was soaking in the hot tub as the sun went down and the moon light glistened on the snow of the mountain peaks! Wonderful place to relax. "

"This house is walkable to most of historic Taos. In a peaceful area and a nice house. It easily accommodated 5 of us (parents and 3 adult kids). The house was clean and good communication from vacasa. Two of the beds were not comfortable though and one of the rooms had a partially exposed particle board floor. But the king bed was great. I would stay again."

"We stayed in the Casita unit on this property. Cozy place for a couple to hang out for a few days. Easy walking distance to the downtown Plaza area, restaurants, and other attractions in the heart of Taos. Didn’t have any communication with the property mgr, but didn’t need to. The Jacuzzi unit didn’t work, but everything else onsite was just as described. Very enjoyable stay. "

"Great ski-in/ski-out location. Steps to the lift. Really good bar/restaurant in the building along with a convenience shop. Our condo had a brand-new kitchen and bath and comfortable bed. Parking is in a lot about a block or so away but that is typical for Taos. "
