⾕ - Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible
✦ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we can accommodate you
☀ - We charge $50/day for heating only the spa, $200/day for heating the spa and pool
ᨒ - This property is adjacent to the National Forest so there are many critters and animals such as snakes, bees, spiders, etc. We do our best to mitigate them and have a pro pest company spray areas. But refunds will not be given for encountering animals and insects
☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation
🅿 - Parking must be in the driveway or garage. Parking that blocks the street is not allowed and is grounds for fines and possible eviction
⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest
𓆣 - Please note there’s a lot of wildlife surrounding the house and in the backyard. Keep garage doors and entry doors shut at all times so no wildlife from the mountain enters the house
♨ - LED fireplace should not be used for heating. Only to be used for the LED lights. Running the heat may trip the breaker and make the fireplace not function properly. There’s central heating throughout the house. Therefore LED fireplaces and gas fireplaces are not needed for heating
⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise
⚠ - During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as pool maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment
