"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "Very cute two story cottage facing directly onto the tidal inlet of Polperro. Comfy bed, cozy sitting room and a good kitchen with a new espresso machine. Tight fit in the bathroom but it’s a very old house and they’ve done their best to fit in sink toilet and shower. Massive tv in the sitting rooms and smaller one in the bedrooms. The view was enchanting and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished & so much natural light from the huge windows. The sea view was beautiful & looking out over Drake island & Plymouth sound was amazing. Parking was available right outside at £10 a night but we could go out in the car & know we had parking when we got back. "Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. "
