Hello, I just stayed at your hotel and had a TERRIBLE time! After driving 10 hours from Florida to your location, I was expecting 2 double queen beds but was told there was only 2 king beds. Thankfully a nice woman helped us out to get us into 2 double queen rooms. When getting into the room we always inspect it such as bathroom and bed! After looking at my Bed covers I discovered a red mystery stain on my bed cover. I immediately call the front desk to ask for a new cover but was told there was NO MORE SHEETS! She then offers to move us to a king room but unfortunately we really needed the double queen! We went to go look at the king just to see if maybe we would move but realized it wouldn’t be suitable. The maintenance man who brought us to the room then told us that the front desk would have more bed sheets because that was the only problem with the room. We all then went downstairs to the front desk to I believe her name was Tamika who was VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! She says there isn’t any sheets and there’s nothing she could do and said we can go upstairs and take the sheet and bring it to our room! As she is saying that the maintenance man started complaining about going back up stairs to bring the sheet to our room. I couldn’t get any sleep because my bed wasn’t clean and I felt uncomfortable! Now I have to drive another 7 hours to my destination WITHOUT ANY SLEEP. This is ridiculous everyone should always be accommodated and feel clean in a hotel
