"Cottage exactly as pictured and described. The check-in process was seamless - never needed to contact the host. The cottage is small and very cute with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, though small, had everything we needed for our purposes.We really liked that the dining/living room looked directly to the sea.There are plenty of things to see in the area, from Cambria to San Simeon/Hearst to the elephant seals. And lots of beaches and hiking, which is what we enjoyed doing the most.We came for a quiet...

"Proximity to the ocean was great! You could hear and see the waves crashing on the beach which was just down the steps of the condo. A railing by the steps would have been nice. The condo was older. It had the old bldg. smell when you opened the front door. Furnishings were nice. Galley kitchen was small-good for one cook. Couldn't open the freezer door all the way. A couple of the drawers in fridge were somewhat broken. Appliances were adequate. Needed an exhaust fan over cooktop. The...

"Wonderful location. Peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean. We had the whole beach to ourselves. A quick drive to Cambria for great restaurants. Plenty of room to relax in the house. House was clean and well appointed with amenities. "

"My daughter and I and our family stayed at this beautiful beach cottage for five days over New Year’s, and it was simply magnificent. The cottage is so quaint and precious, simple, clean and charming right out of a Dickens novel.We brought our doggies there’s a beautiful lawn in front of the cottage and then just steps away to your own in San Simeon, which was just simply divine and glorious. "Check in was easy via gate code and lock boxes. The property and amenities were excellent. And that view off the deck, wow! It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for us (my wife and I, our daughter and son in law, our 7 year old twin grandsons, and 2 dogs). It is big enough to house many more. This property has an EV charger in the garage, which came in handy after our daily excursions. We have nothing but positive memories from this trip. Thank you!"
