"This is my husband and my second trip to this lovely cabin. We went there in July for our honeymoon and loved staying there. We just got home from our second trip there. We are so happy to spend our time in the Meadows of the Dan. Staying at this wonderful cabin makes our vacations extra special. We are hoping to continue staying there in this cabin when we continue taking our trips to the Meadows of the Dan.Thank you for providing such a delightful place to stay. "We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Water was too low for kayaking but the house was very roomy and comfortable. It is as the pictures depicted and the area is extremely quiet. Even though it ended up being only 3 of us staying the house could easily sleep10 as advertised - we stayed there because of a family reunion at my sisters in Blacksburg which took about 40 minutes to get to her house. Would recommend this property to a big group as it can handle it.Thanks for the comfortable...

"This is the second year at the Lazy Bass. We had such a wonderful time. The house is in such a great location and all the local neighbors are so friendly. The only issue we had was the gas grill did not work. Lindsey with Blue Ridge Escapes was wonderful and said she would alert the owners. Can’t wait for next year. "

"Over all, it was a good experience. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property overall. My biggest disappointment was the grill. We were hoping for a night with friends grilling out and just catching up and the grill had not gas. The advertisement said this was not going to be a problem. I guess we should have checked day one so we could have called, but it was too late by the time we were ready for the cookout. Other than that, it was not bad. the communication with the owners was...
