"This is a great property. Peaceful, surrounded by fields & forests, birds singing, and fresh air. Wonderful parks and trails near by. Dan was a great host. I want to come back and stay in the fall and winter. This would also be a great place for a family get away"

"We had a wonderful stay and the dogs loved the trails in the woods. Chocolate, the neighbor’s horse was a sweetheart, as was Zippy the other neighbor’s dog! The space was great and we enjoyed having the loft to puzzle in and watch movies. We will be back:)"

"This is a very comfortable home. I’m a patient at Mayo Clinic and need to be there every 2 weeks for a couple of months then every 12 weeks, we hope to book this house every time. Large backyard for our dog's and easy access to Mayo. The property owners are a blessing to work with. Easy to approach and very kind. Highly recommend their properties. "

"This home was AMAZING and there was so much space. If it had more Beds, Futons or Couches available for LARGE GROUPS it could really bring in the bigger groups since the Mayo Civic Center is only 20 Minutes away. If you are looking for a great accommodating host and an amazing property...LOK NO FURTHER."

"It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again."

"The host was excellent and accomodating. We spent the weekend with a long time friend that is experiencing a difficult battle with cancer at the Mayo. The rental provided a comfortable worry free experience that provided an excellent central point for meeting up with others and providing access to local ammenties and attractions. "

"Over all it was the perfect location to get to Mayo and StMarys hospital.However they need to replace the filthy rugs!!Also,I booked this place for 26 days but only stayed there 16 days!I reached out to owner about refund or maybe use those extra days in February,because we will be making more trips to Mayo!!!We did not get an answer at all from the owner!!Thats just RUDE!!"

"Very clear and easy check in process. Parking in definitely a pain if you need more than one spot. No parking on the two closest streets. Very easy walk to Mayo Clinic. Very cozy place with vintage furnishings. Only downfall was there was no ice melter in the place to put down. Everything was glare because of a storm. Toilet will keep running until you play with the handle for it to stop. Even with that I would still stay again. "

"We celebrated our family “Thanksmas” with my daughter’s uncle and his family here. It was a very quick trip but the layout of the house with the three bedrooms, generous kitchen and dining table were perfect for our needs. The 2-year old especially was enamored with the numerous toys provided and the older girls were able to do lots of crafts and games at the dining table. "Nice, cozy, old fashion hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and eager to help. Very conveniently located close to the hospital and nearby dinner and shops. "When you walk in to the hotel, it is not very impressive. There is a small sitting area with a TV and a fake fireplace, and a check in desk. I believe there is the subway to the Mayo Clinic available, we just crossed the street because the hotel is so close. The latest one can stay without paying for another night is 1pm, check out is 12 The reason I gave the hotel a five is because of the room. It has a larger personal refrigerator, brand new furniture and several large mirrors. The...
