"I stayed at this property to celebrate my God-son’s graduation. The place was perfect. We had such a delightful stay. The rooms were fitting for the amount of people that stayed and the outside setting was perfect for the company we had for the dinner. We cooked and ate and had a wonderful time with the beach just footsteps away. We loved it and we will definately celebrate other events here!"

"This is a nice property with a fantastic view of the ocean. Sunrises and moonrises were spectacular always with cool ocean breeze. The house was clean and well maintained and supplied. The only drawback was there is no dinning table inside. Thus meals must be eaten on the deck but there is no light on the deck. Thus meals must be consumed in daylight. Bring a lantern."

"I love this beach and we had the best time just relaxing with no itenirary. We will be back!"

"We were three generations and everyone loved our stay. Grandparents enjoyed the decks with great views of sunrise/sunset, parents enjoyed beach and fitness center, grandkids loved the beach and pools. We would definitely stay here again."

"Based on some of the other reviews, I was concerned about our stay. I called ahead of time to ensure everything would be there when we arrived. They delivered! The place was spotless, we had plenty of pillows, kitchen stuff, towels, etc. The view was awesome, very quiet when we stayed. Just be aware it is a little ways in to town, but that's what we loved the most because it wasn't crowded and really quiet!"

"The property location was excellent. Communication with manager was wonderful. Could use a little TLC Washing the picture windows to see the water view and several relatively minor maintenance issues would have upgraded the whole experience. A trip to the dollar store for some kitchen, furnishings such as serving bowls , containers, more place settings would be good"

"Overall the stay was great. Had a minor issue with the AC. But we communicated the issue to Kat and they had someone out the next day. Fixed the issue. Probably from the storm. You can see the beach and neighborhood is still recovering from the storm. But we throughly enjoyed our time. The house was clean and we had everything that we could need. The balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!"

There was plenty of natural light, but you could also make it dark enough to not be disturbed by it if you need to sleep. 9/10 on the home itself because there were no batteries in some of the remotes, the pillows were a bit old (so BYOP), and the overhead fan in the master was not working. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely book again. My only complaint was that the clubhouse restaurant states that it closes at 9, but they...

"We booked our trip right before the storm and were worried about not being able to keep our reservation. The company reached out via phone and was very accommodating. We were able to adjust our stay a day later. The rental had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The beach was about 2 blocks down, but we ended up driving because we had a bunch of stuff to haul. We would definitely rent this place again! Thank you for the great memories and awesome customer service!"
