The accommodation was stunning, especially since we were upgraded to an ocean-view room, but unfortunately, the room itself was quite dated and not well-maintained. It was dusty, and the bathroom had visible black mold. We raised our concerns with reception, but the only response we received was a small room credit, which we appreciated. The service in the lounge lobby could have been better if they had had more staff as this bar also serves drinks to the restaurant so you do have to want a significant amount of time if you want a drink otherwise it was a great stay!"
