This unique loft in the heart of OLD QUEBEC is filled with light. Original brick walls, wooden beams and 20 feet high ceiling. This loft is spacious offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a murphy bed (queen size bed). Suitable for 6 people.
Located on famous rue st-Jean, you will be steps away from all the main attractions: cafés, boutiques, restaurants and Chateau Frontenac. No cars needed.
Parking nearby at extra cost. (15$/night)

Perfect Location!
This was the perfect place to stay. It is right in the middle of restaurants and shops just steps from your front door. The street is closed to traffic from 11am-midnight during summer, making it a very nice experience. The loft is beautiful, roomy, and clean. We loved people watching from the huge windows overlooking Rue St-Jean. The primary bed upstairs is so comfortable, but the room can get a little stuffy since it's the top of the loft and mostly closed off. All of the old city sites are well within walking distance, no car needed. There is even a pharmacy (like Walgreens/CVS) in the same building so no worries about forgetting anything for your stay. The host is so easy to communicate with and very helpful for anything you need. We definitely would return.

Perfect Apartment in Perfect Location
Large, beautiful apartment right in the center of old town. You can walk everywhere. A/C was great! Soundproof - as we couldn't hear a thing from the busy street. We loved our stay in every way!

The property was immaculate, well supplied, and decorated beautifully. The location was fantastic. An easy walk to lower Quebec City, lots of shopping and restaurants steps from the loft. The Host was easily accessible and responsive to my questions. Her recommendations for food, activities and services was spot on. We took a private walking tour , morning at the Nordic Spa, and dinner out. Would come back in a heart beat. Highly recommend these accommodations. Barbara and friends

Beautiful loft!
We recently stayed at the loft and had a wonderful time. It was in a perfect location and the big windows allowed us to feel a part of the city even while staying in. Julie was very communicative throughout our stay and assisted us with getting a parking pass for the nearby garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful modern loft in Old Quebec
Our family enjoyed a fantastic winter vacation in Old Quebec. The unit is exactly like the photos. It is an open loft with lots of sunlight in the heart of charming Old Quebec. You can walk to everything. Many wonderful restaurants are steps away. We did have our car, however, to take short day trips for dog sledding, tubing and a visit to the Ice Hotel. Parking is a couple of blocks away. Julie is a wonderful host with lots of suggestions. Merci!

Highly recommend
The loft was perfect and we had a wonderful stay. The location was spectacular, we enjoyed stepping out and having access to shops, restaurants and bars. The rooftop view was beautiful at night, a full panorama of the city can be seen. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and well-kept and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The loft provided a unique experience and we have already recommended to friends.

Beautiful loft which met all our needs. It was very conveniently located with a lot of dining options close by. The loft is well fitted out with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. The Murphy bed on main level was perfect for aging parent who could not manage the stairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely book this loft again.

Stay in wonderland
This property is in the most beautiful city. It is warm and comfortable. The large windows allow let in the warmth of the sun in winter and frame the wonderful view. It is close to everything we needed and we would love to return in a different season to fully experience it again. Thank you Julie.

I loved staying in this property. It was beautiful with high vaulted ceilings and tall arched windows. It was close to everything we wanted to do, right on Rue Saint-Jean. The building was well maintained and very secure. Parking was close and convenient. Julie was very helpful and a prompt communicator. My only small complaint was that the lofted open bedrooms were a bit hot even in cool mid-October, which I know is an inherent part of any loft and should be expected (the uptairs was always pretty much exactly 10 Fahrenheit…6 Celius….degrees warmer than the main level). Turning off the heat and turning on the AC or opening the windows helped a fair amount, though. I would recommend this property to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous apartment! It was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for walking to all the sites, with an abundance of great restaurants and shops right on the same street. The host was charming and super helpful and answered all our questions. Fantastic Loft
We can’t say enough good things about this Vrbo and the hosts. Beautiful, bright space located in the best neighborhood in Quebec City. Shops and restaurants are located right outside the front door. Hosts gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood, in the middle of Saint Jean Street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment has an excellent size and division. From utensils to bed liens, dishes and towels, all of it has very good quality. The place was VERY clean and comfortable. We will come back for sure. We strongly recommend to stay there!!!!!
