"Property is easy walking distance to Subway and good restaurants. Trouble with heat was addressed but communication was spotty. Made for a chilly first night. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t hot."

"Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. "Second time our 24 person family group stayed here, and if anything, it was even better than last year! The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. Nancy is on top of everything and responds essentially immediately to any and every concern. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our wonderful experience! "

"The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10...
