"What an amazing resort! This was the most visually stunning resort we’ve ever seen. And we have been to many. Amazing food quality, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Balinese hospitality at its fullest. From the underwater restaurant, to the pools and beach club, that had a DJ every afternoon till night time. It’s a very large resort with many guests, including those that come for the day, or to the restaurants. Special shout out the staff at the Reef club and restaurant.

"The hotel is very buitifull many trees and buitiful plants, water flowing along the walking path.
The breakfast was with very fine options served to the table and very nice view to the water infinity pools.
The villa itself is spoiling with private pool, jacuzzi two showers and coptable bed. All is clean and very well attended.
The team is very welcoming and always with a smile
We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights and we highly recomand it.

Tive problema nos dois dias qhe fiquei la, pois tentei ir a praia particular do hotel (na verdade uma faixa bem estreita de areia de uma praia) e fomos convidados a ficar bem no canto ou mesmo ir embora pois estavam montando uma festa particular. O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente e o servico é personalizado e fenomenal, mas a estrutura nao é de um hotel 5 estrelas e esperar mais de um hotel com uma diaria desse...

"This was a overnighter as I arrived late to Bali, and by the time I got to the residence it was 12:30am and I was tired.
I was still greeted warmly, and showed to my room, and it just felt amazing to have a clean shower, clean water station nearby, and go to sleep on a bed after just 4 hours of sleep the day before."

"O La Berceuse tem um preço excelente para Nusa Dua. Tem quartos e vilas, é muito bem cuidado, com ótimo café da manhã e comida muito boa tambem. Transporte gratuito a cada duas horas para a praia (beach club) e a região comercial de Nusa Dua (só de ida - para voltar é preciso pegar um táxi, mas é muito fácil e barato o percurso). Se procura um lugar com qualidade e bom preço e não um grande resort na praia, recomendo este hotel. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos."

Tive um problema com a cama extra, que havia pago tudo pela HOTEIS.COM, mas qdo chegou na hora quiseram me cobrar USD 70,00 por dia a mais para a cama extra que havia pago a diferença pelo site. Chamei a gerencia, reclamei mostrei o pagamento que diz (1casal + 1 criança 10anos) e ele nos liberou. Sugeriu um quarto maior e pagassemos a diferença, não aceitei....
"Very pleasant hotel.Very well located. Loved my stay at the Hilton Resort. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, everything was still very clean. Nice breakfast, wonderful swimming pool and beach. Loved the monkeys's visite to our balcony. Good wifi. Shuttle bus to the Bali Collection."
"I could give 100 stars for this place. Everything, literally everything, was an amazing experience here. We got a 3-bedroom villa. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will visit here again for sure!!! Loved it. "The hand shower was broken when we checked in for a 10 nights stay. The room should have been inspected for that (we arrived at midnight so the hotel had plenty of time to inspect the room). We did not get an upgrade, considering we were staying there for 10 nights and dining at the hotel restaurants every evening, it’s really not what we expect from a luxury level customer care experience. "
