"I had booked this property but apparently the property was double booked and so an alternative location was presented as a fix. The alternative location was great, near the same area, still fit our group of 5 and the stay was for the cost we had been charged for this property. I'm giving 5 stars because they owned the double booking mistake and made sure to fix it so I was pleased and did so quickly. What could have been a stressful experience for me was made easy to deal with."

"Very nice unit that had great accommodations: washer and dryer, wifi, cable tv, air conditioning, water toys, outside lounge chairs, great check in process. The manager Chuck was great and was on call for whatever we needed for the unit. Easy beach access. "

"This is a great house. Very clean and as good, if not better, than advertised. Rick is an amazing host. Close to everything on the North shore. Only complaint is the road noise since the home is on the main highway. "

"The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. Having the outdoor shower and hose was nice to clean off sand before going inside. You are truly on the beach with a cool path of plants/trees to go down. About a 15 minute walk north to...

"First, the view. You can’t get any better than the waves crashing right past the backyard. Simply beautiful. Beach had a sense of privacy. We could see surfers and beachgoers but our section was quiet. We were near everything. Second, the house. Big and open with fresh ocean breezes blowing in day and night. Beautiful home with a Hawaiian feel. Very clean. We definitely recommend this property and would love to return. feel"

"The location was excellent. Many near-by beaches and the ocean just off the deck. The property could use a little sprucing up, mainly on the deck boards and railing (some rotten spots). The third bedroom did not have a true queen bed, but a fold-out futon. "
