Luxury Condo at Hacienda De Mita in Punta Mita

Spectacular 3500 sq. ft. Ocean View Condo with amazing views of the ocean and golf course . It is located inside the gated community of Punta Mita where the Four Seasons and St Regis properties are located. Hacienda de Mita’s location is ideal. It is the only beachfront condominium development in the Punta Mita resort.

Hacienda de Mita, is within the gates of Punta Mita, seamlessly blends all the luxuries and amenities of a 5 star resort but with the conveniences of home.

Paradise
The place is just as described. We had a wonderful time. Miriam, our concierge, was very helpful during our stay making Reservations, securing transportation for us etc. Claudia is a great cook. It was wonderful to wake up to a gourmet breakfast and come back to a wonderful après. The only activity I would not recommend is going to Sayulita. Avoid it. Stay in the resort or visit the town if Punta Mita. You will have a Wonderful time.

Amazing!
We had a relaxing trip in paradise. The condo was just beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Claudia took such good care of us with a delicious breakfast every morning and a snack left for us in the afternoon. The concierge, Miriam went above and beyond. Fun family trip
We had the best time at this stunning condo. The location is so great - easy walk to the pool, walk or ride down to the beach club (pool and beach access) and walking access into Punta Mira (through a secure gate). Miriam was so helpful getting things arranged before we arrived - dinner reservations and a crib; Claudia was a great cook and made beautiful breakfasts and a delish dinner for us the night of the Super Bowl (fish and shrimp tacos!). The golf cart was really nice and it was fun to visit the different beach clubs and restaurants in the development!

Wonderful stay
My family and two young children had a wonderful time here. The unit is very clean, check-in and check-out was seamless. Miriam helped us organize all of what we needed and was super attentive. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent trip
We had an excellent trip. Daily breakfast with Claudia were excellent and I strongly recommend to organize some dinners with Christian Claudia’s husband. The Mexican dinner was top notched. Anaelena and Miriam were also very supportive to try to make us have a better trip.

Fantastic Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the Hacienda de Mita. The condo was beautiful - very well maintained, nice furnishings, great location on the property. 6 of us stayed there and it was a great size to accommodate all of us comfortably. Claudia, the housekeeper made amazing breakfasts every morning. The check-in / checkout process was super easy and the house manager helped us coordinate anything that we needed, including super easy airport transportation and a driver for a day trip to Sayulita.

Picturesque Paradise
Hacienda de Mita is settled among a group of beautiful & well manicured properties. The property itself is EXACTLY as pictured; spacious, modern & full of amenities. The grounds staff, transportation services & security were welcoming, and our safety was never a concern. Anna, the in person property hostess was very friendly & accommodating. She served as an interpreter for the highly praised cook Claudia. Claudia’s culinary skills are worthy of all the praise, she doesn’t speak English, but the translator app solved our language barriers :-). Awaking to daily breakfast was THEE BEST, the fresh fruit & local favorites were everything! The kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine, you just need to bring your own coffee pods. This girls’ trip was just the laidback recharging we needed. From the local restaurants/shopping in town, to the in house tequila tasting & spa services - the beach clubs access were the icing on the cake! Just an all around great trip, kudos to Kathleen for offering her property for the enjoyment of others.

Husband and wife get away after raising 4 children
From the time we booked, the communication with Kathleen and Miriam were amazing! Every need was met. The condo was just what we were looking for; private but access to all. Claudia made the best pico and quac for us and kept the condo looking spotless. Groceries were there when we arrived (including an amazing dinner cooked by Claudia). After our flight home was canceled, Miriam and her husband took such good care of us and ensured we were transferred to a near by hotel without incident. I highly recommend this property, Many thanks to all!

Fabulous Stay!
We had a fabulous stay at Casa Mexibu. The condo is beautiful, well appointed, and a great location within the gates. We used the golf cart to visit all the beach clubs and dine in town. Miriam took care of everything we needed - booking dinners, arranging for grocery delivery, hiring our airport transfers, and arranging for a day trip to Sayulita. Everything was seamless. Claudia made fabulous breakfasts every morning, cooked lunch and dinner for us one night, and even had snacks ready for us in the afternoon. She also kept the place spotless. We will definitely return!

The Vacation Our Family Needed
Superb! The town, the beach clubs, the people, the hidden beach! Truly amazing. Miriam (the manager) is fantastic and very detailed. Claudia (our chef) was extremely sweet and made fantastic breakfasts each day. The golf cart was a hit (and a must). Miriam arranged transportation from the airport, reservations etc. We chartered a private boat to the hidden beach. The company is called “Mita Experience.” We had the hidden beach all to ourselves because we went later in the day (early morning is also as good). We visited many restaurants - alll were excellent. Our favorites were Mina and La RUSTICA. There are a few grocery stores in town that are 5 minutes away. The area is extremely safe and welcoming. We even visited the emergency room due to a sea urchin mishap. The hospital staff and facility were great. In and out in 1 hour. This was the relaxing vacation our family of 5 needed.

This was our third time in Hacienda de Mita and it never disappoints. Property was exactly as listed and perfect for our family at Thanksgiving. Miriam, the concierge, is fantastic and made the stay so easy. Claudia cooked delicious breakfasts everyday…we loved her! 5 stars for sure!

Life After Lockdown 2020
First of all I want to thank Kathleen and Melanie for being so helpful from the beginning of booking . We were a family of 4 but, went with other parties that stayed in there own condo. Mexibu which is the name of this condo was absolutely just as described. We were received by the property manager Miriam and what later was told her husband and Claudia the housekeeper. As Claudia welcomed us in she provided us with a nice cold towels to cool off and homemade salsa and guacamole with chips on the table. Claudia's service was exceptional. She made us breakfast every morning and kept the place neat and clean. We did have a little inconvenience in the master bedroom the shower was pouring out like a nick of dime. I felt like I was never going to be done. Thankfully we let Claudia know the next morning and she called maintenance they fixed the shower head. This was the perfect way to getaway after a lockdown. It was so majestic to sit on the balcony and see such beautiful greenery it was so peaceful. We enjoyed this stayed didn't want to leave. There was ample space. Each room had a TV.

Stunning Villa and Perfect Trip.
This beautiful villa has it all. It’s designer decorated and very comfortable. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Short cart ride into town (or you can walk) and also easy access to all the beach clubs. The hosts were very accommodating. Claudia made delicious breakfast every morning and always has a smile on her face. We had six adults in our group and had more than enough space. We definitely did not want to go home and can’t wait to book our next trip.

Hacienda de Mita Family Vacation
Amazing family vacation! The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and spacious. We had a family of 5, (21, 18, 16 aged kids) The owners of the condo have amazing taste and everything smells good- the sheets, the towels, robes... all a delight. There is a golf cart That is included and is very necessary to get around. Ours ended up w issues and our owners immediately had our Concierge rent a new one for the duration of our stay. The concierge Miriam was so kind, welcoming and helpful in every way! Claudia the housekeeper and breakfast chef was so sweet and made delicious breakfasts. There is always a learning curve in visiting a place for the first time, but we will definitely be returning. The beach clubs were beautiful, the food service great. The food at the restaurants in town were also excellent. Our favorite restaurant s in town were Mina & La Pescadora. The Pacifico Beach Club within the gates had the most extensive menu, which was helpful w two of our kids not liking fish. Our family spent most of our time at the El Surf Beach Club. Due to covid restrictions we were not able to use the St. Regis or Four Seasons properties, which we have heard are wonderful. We look forward to our return!

Amazing!
My friends and I had a fabulous time at Casa Mexibu. We explored different beach clubs everyday and found lots of fun activity options - we even went kayaking! Each one was unique with different styles, beaches and offerings. Just amazing! We were also able to easily walk into town from the condo and we felt very safe. The restaurants, galleries and shops were fun to explore and so convenient.The golf cart that is included with the condo is an extra bonus because a golf cart is a must in Punta Mita. The condo is beautifully furnished and is stocked with absolutely everything you need. Claudia, the housekeeper, cooked us a fabulous spread every morning for breakfast, what a luxury! She also surprised us with some snacks during the day, guacamole and chips, ceviche, etc... Overall, I can't recommend this condo enough. I am definitely coming back!

Fantastic!
Beautifully furnished, impeccably maintained. High style, but not so precious that you can’t relax. Use of six beach clubs and a golf cart to get you there. Claudia the daily housekeeper was lovely and made fantastic breakfasts each day and yummy guacamole each afternoon. And a supply of go-cups for your morning coffee to boot. Thumbs way up!

Best Vacation Ever!
Our family all agreed that our trip to Punta Mita, staying at Mexibu was their favorite vacation we’ve had, & we travel a-lot! The condo was gorgeous, even better in person then the photos. It has great views & an awesome outdoor patio. We woke up daily to a fabulous breakfast spread, we felt so spoiled! We went to different beach clubs each day & enjoyed surfing, snorkeling & hanging out on the beach, the setting at each one is better than the next, so picturesque! The location was ideal, we loved staying behind gates & also being able to walk to town. Our hosts were amazing, every detail was perfect from beginning to end! They even had their house manager shop for us & had the kitchen stocked with all our favorites. She also arranged a boat ride, massages & dinner reservations. We are already planning our next trip back as this vacation truly exceeded our expectations! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
