The Space:
Villa Mozzafiato was designed to exploit its exceptional location and great care was taken to ensure all living areas as well as each suite featured breathtaking ocean views.

The property consists of 4 large suites, each features an ocean view, air-conditioning, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony or terrace. There are also 2 bunk rooms each with 3 full size beds.

On the first level is a covered parking area, grand entryway, formal living room, elevator, laundry, bunk room and a large bedroom suite with en-suite bath and private terrace, this ultra private suite is a few steps from the main Villa. On the second level we have the indoor & outdoor living areas. This includes a half bath, large kitchen, indoor dining room and living room, a bedroom suite with en-suite bath and private balcony. The outdoor dining room, living room, pool bath, terrace and heated infinity pool. The third level features a second bunk room as well as two grand master suites with en-suite baths and private balconies with amazing panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding lush green mountains.

The property comes fully equipped and furnished including high speed Internet, linens, towels, pillows, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of space for up to 30 guests. This ideal location is an easy 5 minutes to one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta and less than a 15 minute drive to the charm and excitement of old town Puerto Vallarta and the Zona Romantica.

Close to the city but totally private and quiet, nestled in lush tropical gardens on Vallarta's exclusive south side across the street from famous Garza Blanca beach and the new Garza Blanca hotel and restaurant.

Guest Access:
You have the entire Villa to yourself and access to the exquisite semi private Garza Blanca Beach located only 5 minutes away.

The Neighborhood:
The magnificent Villa Mozzafiato is in a beautiful and exclusive gated community overlooking the Pacific as well as the lush Sierra Madre Mountains. You will feel secluded and yet you are only a few minutes drive from all the nightlife and fun Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Getting Around:
Many of our guests choose to utilize our concierge services for transportation arrangements, benefiting from special pricing for airport transfers and all travel needs in between. While renting a car is convenient, be cautious of additional insurance requirements, often disclosed only upon arrival and not factored into the initial quote. For those preferring public transit, air-conditioned buses offer reliable service with a stop conveniently located just 10 meters from our property. Uber and taxis are also popular among our guests.

We are a 15 minute drive from downtown and the Malecón área. Which is where all the restaurants and shopping are.

There are several beaches within a few minutes from our Villa. My 3 favorite in order are:

Garza Blanca Beach - This is a Semi-Private manicured white sand beach which our Villa and Garza Blanca preserve have shared rights too. About 500 meters from our Villa.

Playa Palmares (Beach) - The north side of this beach is my favorite in the late afternoon. It is the least wavy and the food and drink stand on the beach is great. About 1 km from the front door to this beach.

Playa Punta Negra (Beach) - This beach is always a treat and somewhat hidden from the public, so you usually have most of this beach to yourself and some locals. There is a large Rock wall where you can get some amazing pics. There is food and drink as well as umbrellas and chairs for rent here. The only thing to keep in mind is that you do have to go down about 100 +/- stairs to get to the beach and when it gets dark it is really dark down there. It is about 1.5 km from the front door to this beach.

Playa los Muertos AKA Los Muertos Beach is about 6.5 km from the front door.
