First, the good: VERY friendly staff! Overall, nice location, plenty of dining options and activities on-site, several pools and hot tubs, decent size rooms (we were in tower 2, 9th floor, premium room). Beautiful sunsets. Now the bad :(.... The facility is severely mismanaged. We faced every kind of issue during our 7 days there. First room we were given smelled heavily of mold - very musty, could not breathe. Had to keep the balcony doors open to get some air while our concierge kept insisting that it's just moisture. (IT was NOT). There was visible mold on walls and baseboards, bathrooms and bedrooms alike, and all around AC ducts. We packed up and protested on the second day and were moved to a different room - much cleaner and mold free. But, the toilets would not flush, water pressure went down to slow drip several times, drapes would not fully close, AC would not cool below 24C regardless of setting. One of two elevators in tower 2 was not working our entire stay, but was fixed during our departure. Whoever designed the elevators was very inconsiderate. They're tiny, about 3'x4', and only fit 4-5 people. With only one working, sometimes the wait was 5+ minutes, and they're outdoors in 94F degrees. No AC nor Fan in the elevators. Stifling and claustrophobic to say the least. We opted to walk 9 stories of stairs up and down several times each day. Also, our entire family got annihilated with mosquito bites. They were everywhere in and outdoors. Food quality was just OK.
