"The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again . "

"The location was phenomenal. It was really cute and cozy.Only issues, it is a little deceptive that you have laundry access. The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash. Finally the night before we left we took there stuff out and put it on top to wash one load but when we got back to change it over they had already...

"This beautiful bungalow was in such a great location. In walking distance of Colorado College, and downtown. Our host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully with a Christmas tree and decorations. The kitchen was full of every appliance you would ever need. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great little house in a convenient area. Everything was very clean. It was a bonus that it was even decorated for Christmas! The property mangers (owners?) responded very quickly to questions. There is a nearby park with play equipment for kids and paths to walk your dog. Our pup really loved the backyard. It was so nice to wake up each morning to a view of the mountains. Highly recommend!"

"The house was older than we expected based on the pictures, but there wasn’t any musty smell or anything like that. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and everything you may need was on hand.Our door code didn’t work when we arrived, but the host quickly resolved the problem. "

"We were thankful to stay at this lovely and relaxing, pet-friendly casita while visiting family in the CSC area. Caren is a fabulous host and answered all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The back house and hot tub are a plus and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Host has added some very thoughtful touches, like plenty of soap, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The home stays warm and toasty inside too....

"We picked this property for the outdoor areas and view and it did not disappoint! Even though the pool was closed for the season, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck area. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, patio lights, access to the trails, deer visitors, and gorgeous views of the fall trees and mountain during the day and the twinkling lights of Colorado Springs at night. The house was large- plenty of room- but also cozy and relaxing. It was a perfect location. We would love to return...

"The property is updated and well-maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and The house is located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, downtown, Garden of the Gods and many other sites.
