House Rules:
1. No Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood due to the very high fire risk. No open flames allowed in Utah/County.
2. Minimum Age: Must be 21 to book.
3. No Pets: NO PETS of any kind are allowed.
4. Dining Table Care: Please use placemats when using the wooden dining table to prevent damage. Placemats are in the pantry on the shelf by the plates.
5. Shoe Policy: Since this house is brand new and still for sale, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes. Shoes can be conveniently stored in the mud room or the shoe rack at the front entry.
6. Smoke Alarms: Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms.
7. Septic System Care: This property runs on a private septic system. Please do not throw anything besides toilet paper down the toilets, including wet wipes, feminine products, etc.
8. Garbage Disposal: Do not put food down the disposal. Only crumbs and very small food particles can go down. Please scrape all food into the trash can and do not put oil/grease down the disposal.
9. Grill Safety: Ensure the propane tank is turned off after grilling and scrape off the grill after use.
10. Pantry Door: Keep the pantry door propped open with the magnet hold and rubber door stop.
11. Ski Equipment: No ski equipment of any kind is allowed in the house. Please keep all ski/snowboard gear in the garage. Racks are available in the garage for storage.
