Great location and amenities - amazing price!
I stayed here with my 3 teenage/adult sons - perfect for the 4 of us. Two very comfortable king size beds and a pull out couch. The boys loved the gym and clubhouse area. Very convenient shopping and 15 min drive to BYU. The host is communicative and attentive. Highly recommend - we would stay again!

A Sweet and Convenient Home Away From Home
What a lovely condo in a great locale! We loved how it was decorated! The beds and furniture were so luxuriously comfortable. It was great for two couples as both equally-sized bedrooms were connected to a sizable closet and bathroom. The open kitchen with island open to the living room in the center was a great common area. We appreciated the well-stocked Keurig and Brita water pitcher. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 highly enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed. The boys felt at home from the first night. The check-in was very easy. The host communicated very well and was quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay
We were two couples who came into the area for the OU/BYU game, and were delighted when we got to the condo. It was a perfect set up with the bedrooms and baths being separated by the living area. Great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Place
My friend and I stayed at this apartment while attending BYU Education week. It was so easy to get to the campus, and there is lots of restaurants near by. The property has a well stocked kitchen and is very clean. The beds are also super comfy. We will definitely stay again!

Great Rental - Limited Cellular Service
This was a wonderful home. Location to the lagoon area was perfect. Be AWARE there is limited to no Verizon Cell service. We were waiting for an important call and as long as you were connected to the internet you could use your phone. There is no internet at the logoon. Great house and communication. Cellular service is a problem at Deseret Colors. Also, bring lots of sand toys and floaties for the littles. Super fun area!

Great property
Came to town to visit some family. Property was cute and fit family of 4 well. We were able to enjoy the pool during our visit as well which was great for the kids. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Had a few small issues upon arrival, such as missing items. The property manager resolved it within an hour. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Enjoyable
This property was as described on the listing. The property manager was quick to address questions. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the exercise facilities. The kitchen is adequately stocked. It was in a convenient location. If you stay here, be sure to follow the property managers instructions about parking and parking passes. We saw several vehicles being towed from the complex on multiple nights. We kept the parking pass in our vehicle in a visible place and didn't have any problems.
