"Had a nice stay at this condo. It’s about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants but if the weather is fine, it’s not bad. I didn’t give a perfect rating because the condo was outdated with finishings and the coffee maker was kinda cheap and flimsy. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Nice waterfront view from the living room area."

"Lovely little spot just on the outskirts of Downtown Ptown. Very walkable/bikeable. Perfect for those who look for a clean and convenient spot to place their belongings and enjoy their daily outings. Would absolutely consider staying here again!"

"No bells or whistles. Clean updated bathroom. Bedding, towels, sheets all need to be replaced and cleaned. They had a stale odor. The beds were rather rickety and the pillows were ok. The second bedroom is semi private with a wall divider. The location is right downtown above Coconut sunglasses which was so perfect and close to the ferry. "We were there to celebrate our anniversary on the 29th. (Love the Cape offseason) We got a great deal on this place and it was a perfect location. The property was bigger inside than we thought and very clean. My only issue was the furniture. I say mostly at the dinner table chairs because the living room chairs and couch was low to the ground and I am tall. It was like sitting in a “crunch” for me (which trust me, I can use)… all in all, it was a great place and I would certainly stay there...
