"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a perfect little 2 bedroom rental right in the middle of the action of PTown and you can easily walk to everything from west end to east end. The rental had everything we needed for our stay, and the host was extremely communicative and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again!"

"We liked it very much with the following exceptions. Deck needs a good power wash and need a blower available to clean daily. Way to difficult for a broom. The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. "

"This house was perfect for our family; my husband and I brought our two teen children, and each of them brought a friend. The house was nicely laid out, clean, and offered everything we needed to have a restful week on the cape. The beach (bay side) is just steps from the house and was beautiful. We were also able to bring our golden retriever, which made our vacation even nicer!"

"Not happy with renting through VRBO or Vacasa- so confused- kept getting alerts from both. 2 problems- Didn’t know the pricing fluctuated (never rented through them before) so it was beyond insulting to get offers from them to rent at a later day and see that the average price was less than 1/2 of what I ended up paying (off season). The other problem for me was that I could never directly speak to the owners via text or email to ask specific questions and these apps use chat bots to answer...
