Starfish House...our 3 bedroom golf course villa is located inside the gates of The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club...an easy stroll to Grace Bay Beach. This property is located on the fairway of the first hole and just a few minutes from the Clubhouse in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. A bright, welcoming island home with private pool, a shaded outdoor bbq/dining pergola, outdoor dining table, poolside seating, loungers and table tennis...it truly has everything for relaxing, fun filled days with family and friends. Folding beach chairs, an umbrella, beach/pool towels and cooler are provided for you to take with you to the beach.

As mentioned, the property has 3 bedrooms, a king room with ensuite, 2nd bedroom with either 2 twin beds or assembled as a king bed and ensuite, and a 3rd bedroom with queen bed that has a single trundle bed below and ensuite with bathtub and shower. The comfortable living room features patio doors that lead to the pool deck allowing for seamless indoor to outdoor living and a kitchen that has been thoughtfully equipped.

The Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course is right across the street from a Grace Bay Beach access and just a short drive to restaurants, shops, resorts and spas. We recommend the convenience of a rental vehicle for grocery pick up, visiting the many, great restaurants and exploring the island's beaches.

Guests must be 25 yrs of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are respected between 11pm and 7am.
