Popular Villa with great service and great value!

Casa Zacapa (Rum House) perfect for families and couples. Located off the Leeward Highway, on the Eastern end of the island, with a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. A huge new deck was just put down at the water.

Completed by island known builder Dave Parlee, the villa offers all the amenities you need for an exceptional vacation with friends and family.

Built on a single level it has over 3000 square feet of internal living space, this is spread out across 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom ensuites. Fully equipped kitchen, full laundry room, 2 big screen TV’s and one smaller. WI-FI throughout. Casa Zacapa is also fully equipped with a security alarm system and private front gate.

The villa has been designed and built to experience and enjoy outdoor living. Infinity swimming pool overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the outdoor cabana with large beer cooler, outdoor seating and sun chairs across the patio. Easy ocean access from the house.

When you don’t feel like cooking, Casa Zacapa comes with a gift certificate to Hemingway's Restaurant located just a short drive away at the Sands Resort. Chef service available upon request.

Provo Golf club is only 2 miles away and is a PGA certified course. There are many bars and hotels nearby ... nothing is more than a 5-10 minute car trip away.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people split across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - 1 x King, Bedroom 2 - 1 x King, Bedroom 3 - bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa.

An exclusive and private villa which is quiet and serene during the day so that everyone can relax, with the added benefit of only a short drive away from local attractions and Grace bay beach. New floating bar a short boat trip out in the ocean.

Amazing Stay With a View
This property was incredible. The view from the back patio is absolutely incredible! Host and others that helped us during our stay were so kind and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay on this beautiful island! Would return to this house with out hesitation.

Nice place for couples or families
Nice villa. Laid out well for time together and space to get away from each other.The pool area was great. Kitchen area opens up to pool area too, which is great for seeing what is going on outside while preparing meals.Dock area was great for laying out. Decent snorkeling along rocks off the dock.All in all great place for two couples or a family to enjoy this amazing island

Great Oceanfront Villa!
Our family of five adults had a wonderful holiday week at Casa Zacapa! The oceanfront views were expansive and amazing; the house was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a great layout inside and out; the beds and furniture were very comfortable; and the location was peaceful and private but close to Grace Bay. We swam off the dock everyday. It’s a very relaxing and fun outdoor setup which includes a barbecue and bar by the pool. Also Terry was so welcoming and very responsive. His restaurant Hemingway’s was delicious and on the beach. We hated to leave and want to return soon! We highly recommend this villa.

Great Place!
We loved our stay at Terry's house. Terry and Dwayna were great with communicating with you starting from onset of booking and up through after check out. A week prior to vacatio, they checked in with us to see what we needed and to answer all questions. Dwayna met us at check in and toured us around. We got Rhett early and cleaning was still being done and it was immaculate. We appreciated the gift card to Hemingway restaurant. Our adult kids and their girlfriends all loved it. We loved the open concept for all to hang out and the outdoor pool area, as well as the deck by water. Thank you for a great vacation. Highly recommend.

Spacious Yet Cozy Paradise Home
This expansive villa makes you feel like you are floating on the gorgeous ocean as it offers wonderful views, a backyard ocean to enjoy within steps of your door, and ample comfortable places to enjoy both as a group or in private, cozy areas. What makes this home even more unique is the attentiveness and responsiveness of the Terry, the host, make your visit on the island special and relaxing by providing an array of amenities. Thanks for making our long term rental one to always remember!

Paradise from every angle
This Casa Zacapa (rum house) is paradise. My family of 8 adults started at Terrys house prior to our nephews wedding at beaches resort. We had plenty of room. Terry left us a gift card to Hemingways restaurant & some refreshing ice cold beer in the pool bar cooler which was perfect because they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays. We loved Hemingways. Definitely Make reservation. We were in the infinity pool most of the time gazing out into the turquoise waters. Captain oaks tiki bar is right in front of the house, a 20 minute easy waist deep walk. Some didn’t want to walk so the bar sent a boat to our private dock for a $20 round trip fee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Towels, pots and pans,washer/dryer and even a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. We cooked and barbecued everyday, The grocery stores were only a 10 minute drive. Definitely rent a vehicle! Dwayna is Terrys awesome assistant. She set up a catamaran sunset cruise for us, answered any questions we had and after dropping off our rental car she set up a private transportation for us to beaches resort for the wedding. After a few hours at beaches resort, we wish we had continued our stay at Terry‘s house and driven to the resort the day of the wedding. We were tempted to call Terry to see if his house was still available but unfortunately The resort was already paid for. Don't hesitate….book this house. Definitely referring my friends. Thanks again Terry and Dwayna.

Beautiful place
Super tranquil with an amazing view incredible place to stay with a family. We enjoy the entire place from Pool to paddleboard to even going to the restaurant at Terry 's, which was incredible.

Beautiful waterfront views
This home is an excellent location with absolutely gorgeous waterfront views. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Terry and Dwayna were exceptional in communicating both before and during our stay. Dwayna helped to arrange some very last minute jet ski rentals and a private boat charter. The pool pump stopped working during our stay and Terry immediately worked to have it fixed once we let them know about the issue. It was replaced within 24 hours and had no negative impact on our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Perfect!
Four of us stayed at Casa Zacappa and were blown away at this property! Terry actually met ua when we arrived, showed us around had cold beers and a fresh fruit tray for us. The views, privacy, location and layout of the house are all perfect. We did venture out a couple days but it was hard to leave the house as it has everything you could ever need. The paddle boards were a blast and we took them out to the Tiki bar that's about a half a mile off shore in waist deep water. Looking forward to booking again!

Paradise with perks!
We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for us and our three sons. Terry was in communication the whole time during our travels and went above and beyond with the welcome drinks and fruit plate, plus a dinner at his wonderful restaurant! Dwayna was amazing, helping us book our snorkel tour and answering any questions we had. It was an awesome vacation and we will for sure be back. Until then, I will see that view in my dreams!

Great stay
Terry and his assistant Dwayna went above and beyond to help make our stay outstanding. Any request was responded to quickly and the welcome gifts and gift certificate were more than generous. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we always felt safe. Our stay was perfect and the only issue is finding time to go back! We will absolutely consider staying there again.

Fantastic!
We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our family at this beautiful home. Our host, Terry, was wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed. His assistant, Dwayna, was terrific. She arranged her skis to be delivered to the dock at the house, which was so much fun. The location is wonderful, very private but a quick drive into town. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be able to make another trip there in the future!

Stunning views!
Our group of girlfriends had the most amazing time staying at Terry’s place. The views from the house are absolutely stunning, pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the outdoor bar and pool area. Terry provided everything we could have possibly needed for a comfortable stay and his assistant Dwayna was always available for any questions. Would highly recommend his place.

Wonderful family vacation!!
Our family trip to Turks and this beautiful villa were just fabulous!! The house was perfect for our group of 7 and we absolutely loved the pool area, the huge deck and the serenity of sitting down by the water on the lower level deck. This was our first time staying off of Grace Beach and we really loved the privacy, calm waters and the views are incredible. Terry and Dwayna were beyond helpful assisting us with golf, dinner, boat, transport and jet ski reservations. They are absolutely fabulous and the gift card to Hemenways on New Years Eve was so generous! What a fun night that was!! We also greatly appreciated the fruit tray and adult beverages upon arrival!! The house is larger than it looks in pictures and was just perfect. We will DEFINITELY be looking to book this house again on future trips!!

Incredible stay
Casa Zacapa is absolutely stunning. Incredible ocean views from every room and great location 5 minutes from Grace Bay. The perfect house for a family getaway. Terry was the most gracious host, welcoming us with fresh fruit and a pack of welcome drinks upon arrival. Terry and his assistant were also extremely responsive. We cannot recommend Casa Zacapa more and would 100% stay again.

The best host on the island
Our 2nd time staying at the home and it continues to deliver on value, convenience, and the stunning and convenient location. Terry is a fantastic host! For families and traveling friends the 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths offer so much privacy. There’s space for everyone to enjoy their vacation inside and out. Thanks again!

Very nice property, quiet location! Great for relaxing on property w/easy access to nearby grocery and Grace Bay restaurants. Property Mgr Dwayna was attentive and helpful checking in and out, and arranged for pickup to the floating tiki bar as well! Always a fun time in Provo!

Great Value in Provo
We loved the “Rum House”! Perfect size for our family of 4. The location on the island was perfect for us as we like to explore and not be trapped in resort areas. The area the house is in is not nice however. Everything you could need is 5-10 minutes by car away. The pictures of the house and views don’t do it justice. Once you walk through the doors you’ll never care to walk back out! Plenty of space both inside and out. The sunrise views are stunning. Panoramic sea views of many hues of blue. Kitchen was equipped enough for our needs. Lots of leftover basics so check before you shop! The pool was great to cool off in. Lights up at night and night swimming by moonlight is a must. The bar area has a huge cooler to save from going on and out. The wall to the water is easy. No furniture on the deck likely due to wind so we didn’t spend as much time down there as we thought we would. The sea is swimmable and depending on tide is shin to waist deep for quite a distance. No snorkeling but tons of conch shells. If you’re lucky and get a non windy vacay you’ll love the access! We had no WiFi the majority of the time and communication with manager was just ok. Would have been nice to get work done there instead of taking laptop to town. No tv either without WiFi. Thankfully I wasn’t there to work much! Would def recommend to family and friends. Turks is a special place and Terry’s house felt like home.

Amazing accommodations
We had such a wonderful stay in TCI at terrys house!! Beautiful views and clean huge house! Truly enjoyed the pool and the privacy! Hosts are very friendly and always happy to help. We had a jetski delivered right by the dock and complimentary dinner at the owner’s restaurant on the other side of the island where we enjoyed a wonderful sunset! Thank you!

Total Paradise!
The house was outstanding!! We arrived and were greeted by Dwayna (Terry’s assistant). She showed us the property and where everything was. Terry supplied a case of water, a plate of fruit in the fridge, and a case of refreshing beer. Dwayna welcomed us with a beer cheers out by the pool cabana. The views were out of this world. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the brilliant aqua water and pristine infinity pool. The house was spacious and well stocked. We even had room to do family yoga every morning. The house was very secure with a gate, alarm, and outside camera. Additionally, we were minutes to the grocery store, fantastic restaurants, and shopping. One dinner out was at Terry’s place, Hemingway’s. He had generously left us a gift certificate. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. We spent most of our time at the house. You just can’t beat the ambience and view. Several afternoons we waded out into the ocean. It was waist deep and heavenly. Not too far out was the tiki bar. We didn’t go out to it but with a kayak or jet ski it’s easy to get to. We had a few little issues (nothing that was a big deal) and Terry was very receptive to any needs we had. He even reached out and offered up a cleaning person mid-week. We absolutely the best time. The house and island are even better than all the pics we saw. We will definitely go back to Turks & Caicos and wood love to rent this house again. We highly recommend if you want luxury and complete relaxation.
