Sept & Oct New Discounted Rates!!

Welcome to Villa Oceana on the island of Providenciales!

This well appointed and comfortable beach house is located directly on the famed Sapodilla Bay beach. You will be hynotized by the crystal clear beautiful Caribbean water, powder soft sand and the most spectacular sunsets that Sapodilla Bay is known for.

This 4 bedroom home is ideal for those with small children, as well as for those couples who want some privacy away from the crowds of the resorts and busy Grace Bay, but still close enough to enjoy the prestigious and famous 11 mile beach of Grace Bay.

Our house is located on the middle of Sapodilla Bay beach, away from any vendors and the public access at the far end of the beach.

We also have 24/7 security and an alarm system.

The main house features 2 king bedrooms.
One is a king suite with ensuite bathroom and ocean/beach view. The 3rd small bedroom has twin bunk beds and air conditioning. It is perfect for children or nanny.
There is an additional king suite/guest cottage that is just a few steps off of the main house. All bedrooms have tvs and ac.
Villa Oceana sleeps 8 comfortably.

We have a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances, outdoor speakers, 2 ocean kayaks, 2 Stand-Up paddle boards, 8 chaises on the beach, a palapa by the beach and much much more!
The location of this villa makes it ideal for guests to relax and unwind.

Our location, right on the middle of Sapodilla Bay beach, is ideally located away from the busy atmosphere at the far end of the beach and perfect for the best sunsets on the island. We are close enough for guests that do want to walk down and rent jet skis as well.
Grace Bay, if you do want to head over and check out the beautful 11 mile beach, is only a 15 minute drive away.

We can assist you with pre-stocking the kitchen prior to your trip, car rental info, chef services and much more. Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions.

If you are adventurous or have visited Provo before and are interested in checking out any of the other islands, we also have houses on North and Middle Caicos and can assist you with info even for a day trip!

Perfect home on the most beautiful beach!
Everything about this house was perfect for us! Two families fit comfortably, and all ages enjoyed the amenities. Pool, location to ocean, hammock, beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the beach Toys provided, made our vacation amazing! We had great communication with property manager and felt like all our needs were taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this home! .

Paradise on the beach!
We loved our stay. House was beautiful and in great shape. separate guest house was really nice as well! Beach was beautiful and security had a nice but unobtrusive presence. The area felt very safe. Julian was incredibly responsive and we would highly recommend staying there. Las Brisas (across the street) had great food and drinks and we often went there for lunch.

Villa Oceania was a delight

Beach crowded
Property is great. Commercial business bar and restaurant monopolized the beach front crowding in chairs and umbrellas, large family groups filled the beach area and made resident renters move off the beach back into the vegetation line. Beautiful venue spoiled by this crowding.

Beautiful beach! Perfect for little kids. One of our favorite spots on the island! Pictures of the home are accurate. Detached Master bedroom is great for in-laws. Management company is super easy to work with, very efficient and responds quickly!

Idyllic
One of the best places on earth! Our whole family (kids ages 13, 11, 10, 6) loved it. There was always plenty to do with the snorkeling, paddle boards, and kayaks, or you could relax at a beach that most people have to travel to get to. The home was clean and actually larger than we had thought. Awesome stay.

Fun family vacation
The villa is what you see in the photos. Plenty of room for three couples and two small children. You can’t beat the convenience of having the beach at your door along with a pool. Everyone had a terrific stay. And what really makes this place great was the responsiveness of the property management. Julian was always quick to answer questions and help with any situation. Tamika was lovely to work with as well and they made us feel comfortable. Julian even went above and beyond when a storm caused a power failure. He helped to get it rectified quickly. Definitely recommend the stay here.

This property gets five stars. The property management gets five stars. The location gets five stars. We had no issues with the property. Julian, our Property Manager could not have been more helpful. Security was absolutely no issue and we look forward to coming back.

Relaxing family vacation
It was 5 adults and 2 kids (10 and 6) and the property for our family was perfect. The pictures are exactly how the villa is. Pool was amazing, outdoor dining was used every day for every meal, paddle boards were used daily and hit with adults and kids. Beach was perfection for kids and grandparents as the water was calm as could be. Our favorite thing was being on the beach in morning, it was like having it to yourselves and in evening because the sunsets are unmatched. The lounge chairs at beach for house were perfection for adults. As the other comments mentioned it is on a public beach but the house is situated middle of way down on beach and away from crowds, never had issues. We actually enjoyed the public part as there were cocktails and food stations at the far end away from us and it was fun to walk down the beach for an afternoon rum punch plus got the opportunity to rent wave runners. Street felt safe, property managers were great and quickly to respond to anything. Great house and would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful beachfront
The beach was amazing and not crowded or overrun by people or vendors. Bring floats and mgmt will inflate them for you! It was a short 4 minute walk to las Brisas Restaurant or order food with the vendors at the end of the beach. Highly recommend bug spray as the mosquitoes make it almost impossible to sit outside without it. The house was clean and maid services were offered for a mid week clean which was greatly appreciated. Only concern was at check in they require you to hand write a credit card number for the AC usage. That made me uncomfortable since it should be expensed through VRBO. Other than that the house and beach are beautiful!!! Would definitely rent again for a quiet beach family vacation.

Best beach on the island
I would only recommend this beach. It is so very perfect! After 5:00 everyone goes home and you have the beach to yourself until 11:00 the next morning. The owner has speakers hooked up to the inside/outside/beachside. I can not tell you how much we enjoyed! Fun to explore around this beach. The kayaks and paddleboards were such a hit with teens and adults. Wish our trip had been longer! Thanks for a great vacation!

A perfect location
We had a fantastic stay. There were 3 adult couples and kids. Everyone had their own space and there was a large enough space for gathering for dinner and just hanging out. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and at the beach. The beach was perfect for relaxing and having fun. We had zero worries about large waves or strong riptides. Sopadilla Bay is perfect for families with multiple ages. We had one small hiccup with a plumbing problem. The property manager was very responsive and the problem was addressed immediately. We would absolutely stay again and have recommended to our friends.

Great villa in TCI

Sapodilla means relaxing times for kids and adults
Background: We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids, the youngest being 3 years old. We like relaxing and don't need much to do except hanging out on the beach and throwing the football. The home is located smack in the middle of Sapodilla beach and that is where you want to be. If you are looking at other homes on this beach, just skip any home located closer to the public beach access. It was packed with day visitors in front of every home closer to the parking lot. I don't know how those renters could stand it, but this property extends much closer to the beach so it was as if this private section was off limits to others. By 5:00 the beach was empty and you couldn't beat the sunsets. The water is perfect. No waves, shallow and easy swimming. The only way the location could possibly be improved is if there was a coral reef to see fish just off the beach. There isn't so don't expect it. The house was awesome, kitchen packed with everything you need and the pool was the clincher. Plenty of toys and floats and the kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus. It is a different, and from my perspective, far better option, than Grace Bay beach. It had speakers all around the outside, plenty of seating to eat inside, outside or at the beach. Two washer and driers. Private parking and security on the street. It has hairdryers, spices, ice maker, water dispenser, puddle jumper, beach toys, cable TV with movies, cards, games, and AC in each room. A bonus was having Las Brisas accross the st, a great place for take out at a reasonable price. You certainly get what you pay for with this property. Again, don't even look at another place on Sapodilla that is north of this property.

If you're wondering if this is the place for you? Wonder no more. Phenemenal property, location can't be beat. Super comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need. Check-in process a breeze with property manger on-site. Owner beyond responsive and helpful. COVID restrictions are annoying, and property manager/owner incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. 24 hour security, who we adopted and fed daily. LOL. The only thing missing was a full-time bartender. Lessons learned for next visit. Would stay here over and over again. Can't recommend more.
