To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require a brief background check. Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
Please, no shoes in the house. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Pet fee is $60 per pet, for the whole stay. Thank you!
