"Had a great time! House was very clean, had anything you could ask for. Will be back!"

"Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 "

As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "

We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder. "A beautiful house on the lake. We really enjoyed our time kayaking and fishing on the lake. The property is just as it was described. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet spot to get away and relax."

"Overall the stay was nice. The cabin was clean and had a functional kitchen. However, to check in, we had to call the host directly and have him meet us. We couldn’t get in contact with the host despite multiple attempts and wound up having to wait on site for him to reach out to us to get in. This also made would have made it difficult had we needed anything during our stay. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner as there should have been but we wound up purchasing those ourselves to avoid...
