"Very clean property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived before the official check in time but they prepared my room early so I could check in on arrival. I was unexpectedly surprised to receive some chocolates and 2 small bottles of wine delivered to my room on my birthday! Fantastic service. "

"The house was really nice, even with a private pool. The main pool was really convenient for children. However some facilities are not very well maintained, maybe because it was not high season. However the price was very good for what we got."

"Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. There's not exactly much of a beach nearby, but you are essentially on the seafront at the hotel. The...

"Great views, nice restaurant and pool area. Fantastic room and great bathroom too!"

"This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall...

"Amazing location in Cyprus where you can swim in the ocean with crystalclear water and go home to swim in the pool. You can Watch the sunrise and sundown over the ocean on the terrass on top of the house. Very serviceminded manager that helped us feel very taken care of before and under the stay."

"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "This was a great option for our stay. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The Staff were very helpful and it was in a good location for exploring. Only downside was parking. There were some paved spots adjacent to the hotel but the overflow parking was behind and was basically a rough gravel area that needed some attention and clean up. Would stay again"

"The Villa is as good as the photos , great location and the pool is the best we’ve ever had when staying at a villa. Very private , spacious and close enough to walk into Coral bay to enjoy all the fantastic restaurants. Nothing else to say really apart from if you’re looking to stay in coral bay you won’t go wrong with this villa. Lisa was really helpful and even let us have a complimentary late check out for our evening flight as they’d got nobody coming straight in. "

"The lady in the reception was rude more than once. The bathroom was ridiculous because for taking a shower all the room gets wet for the inappropriate structure. Besides, the shower was badly installed: the shower faucet get so hot and it is in a position on the wall easily to touch so that I burned my belly by touching it. The pool was disgusting with green stuff on the wall border. I don't recommend this place at all."

"Object is part of a few same houses built around a nice and very clean pool. Interieur is nothing special but good enough. A/C's work very well and efficiency can be enforced by ceiling ventilators. For parking it is better to use a mo re public one on the other side as there is a quite big bump to be crossed entering private parking space - we slightly damaged base of our rental car as to bumps height. Restaurants are 5mins walk away, shops/bakery about 10-15mins walk. Supermarket 5mins by car....

"VEry bad hotel. The most disgusting hotel we have ever been. Hair and dust everywhere and even when they tried to change us the rooms were all the same. We just didnt change Hotel because we were coming back the next day and it was late. The internet is paid for clients that dont book directly with them. "Ottima struttura e ottimo il soggiorno, molto comodo da raggiungere coral bay e le tombe dei re. Tante escursioni (crociera della laguna blue e tour in quad) organizzano un comodo pick-up direttamente all'hotel; molto vicino possibilità di noleggio auto/moto; molto gentile il personale in sala e alla reception. Solo due aspetti negativi: purtroppo alcuni giorni le signore delle pulizie hanno dimenticato di chiudere a chiave la porta della nostra stanza e l'intrattenimento serale non molto...

"Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei! Quando cheguei avisaram que nos dariam um upgrade para um quarto com vista para o mar. A vista era de lado e em frente a uma obra - logo cedo começava o barulho. O quarto tinha infiltração nas paredes. Quando tomava banho molhava o chão e não faziam troca de toalhas diariamente. O café da manhã era somente ok - as frutas estavam sempre secas, tinha opções mas nada era muito saboroso. O Wi-Fi não funcionava propriamente - impossível assistir a um filme por exemplo, ou mesmo navegar em redes sociais. Quando fui reclamar, disseram que pelo fato do iPhone ter muitas proteções de segurança a internet ficava instável - a opção era comprar um chip de internet. Durante a nossa estada, várias outras pessoas reclamaram, inclusive uma conseguiu reembolso dos dias restantes para trocar de hotel. Os funcionários trabalham desmotivados. Um hotel que não corresponde ao padrão 4 estrelas que divulga. Já fiquei em hotel 3 estrelas bem melhor do que esse."
