House Rules:
-No shoes inside the home.
-No smoking inside the property.
-No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6.
-No pets allowed
-Please turn off the lights, fans and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
-Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manger.
-The property needs to be left in a neat and tidy condition. All dishes washed and put away.
-Please do not use the towels we provide to remove makeup
-Garbage is limited to 1 bag (additional bags will need to be disposed by the guests) excluding recycle, leave them in the blue bin.
-We have a sensitive septic system, absolutely no female or male products to be flushed. ONLY flush toilet papers.
Hot tub maintenance:
-Please keep the Hot Tub lid closed when not in use
-Please keep the Hot Tub floater inside when not in use with Bromine Tablet.
Would recommend bringing bug spray, please keep all the doors and windows closed to prevent mosquitos/bugs from getting in. Keep the lights off prior to opening doors in the night to prevent bugs from getting in.

Entire home except for the basement space and one supply closet in the living room is available to our guests to enjoy.
Other things to note:
If you wish to use the fire pit, please contact us first. The County Municipality has very strict rules on open fires and we will discuss whether or not this is possible with all stays.
From time to time we do have maintenance staff visit the exterior of the property that might overlap with your stay to help us maintain our property. Our dedicated maintenance team includes hot tub service, grass cutting, garbage removal, and snow removal. There should be no impact on your stay and nor does any one require in-house access unless pre-discussed with you or it is to address an in trip issue you might be experiencing.
