"We rented this house to have our immediate family gather for our wedding. It was exactly what we imagined and the kids and adults fully enjoyed the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our time together from sunrise to sunset. We can’t wait to bring everyone back together in the future. "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 32 people ranging in age from 10 months to 68. There was plenty of space. The kids all enjoyed the play area and the adults all enjoyed the time together while the kids were playing. The one thing we noticed was the noise. (but I am pretty sure that had a lot to do with the fun our grandkids were having."

"We had 28 women staying at the house for a retreat. The back yard, deck, and kitchen area were great for large gatherings. The private beach doesn't have as much sand as the north or the south shores. It's a bit marshy. We worried a bit about the bunk room. We did have some women trade places because they were a little claustrophobic. The bunks are built for children but we had taller women in them and it worked fine (if you have no claustrophobic issues as mentioned before). We even had...

"The house was clean and ideal for our large group. The beds were soft! We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The game room was fantastic! We cooked all our meals and appreciated the wide variety of pots and pans, etc., and having 2 refrigerators was great. We played games around the large kitchen table. Everything was perfect! Hope to stay again! "

"This place is awesome! It sleeps a lot of people comfortably. Clean and close to shops, eating and marina!"

"We were looking for somewhere at Bear lake that was affordable enough for just my wife and I to get away for a night. And this was perfect! Everything about this rental is run well. "The unit itself was totally satisfactory but I always had trouble getting into the front door. I had to do the punch code three or four times until it finally opened. The last night I didn't get in until after 10 pm and it wouldn't open at all. Luckily I had the emergency number in my purse and was able to call someone who told me about the hidden key in the hot water heater closet.
