"The house is a little worn with age, but by no means does it diminish the stunning design. Great place for a function or two, especially outside. Kitchen was by far the best equipped I've ever seen, in fact, so much of what we brought with us was redundant. An inventory would have helped save us car space. "We enjoyed our stay at the Canal Home. Everything we needed was provided for. It was exceptionally clean and orderly. The location, surrounds and views were beautiful. The only disappointment was bringing your own sheets and towels. I can understand why this would be a requirement in regard to washing, workload and costs etc etc, but with the price we paid I thought it could have been included. $275 per night plus 150 cleaning fee. "

"Spacious home suitable for 2 families. Fantastic views and use of private mooring. We had a wonderful stay and utilised the boat ramp at the end of the street to use our dighy. Our children loved fishing off the jetty and paddling kayaks. House has had new carpets and flooring laid which make it look fresh. Would absolutey say again!"

"It was soooooo delightful! The hosts are simply lovely and honestly, they make this place feel like home. Upon arrival I was greeted with a welcome bottle of bubbles and a charcuterie board. "Great for a night stay or two, different from the norm. Very quiet and peaceful, the top deck was awesome providing a great view of the morning and even sunrise and sunset. What would have made a nicer stay, some fly/mosquito screens on the doors and windows also curtains in the main area for privacy and blocking out the night security lighting. Overall good experience and would stay there again. "

"The property was perfect for our group. Lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view, walks at the door and very peaceful. It was very comfortable. Everything functioned well. The mattresses on the single beds need replacing, we did turn them around the top swapped to the bottom and this improved the comfort. All other beds were comfortable. "

"I was on a travelling Golf trip with a couple of mates and this apartment suited us to the Tee. Had great ammenities and all the mod cons, with comfortable beds and close to many shops, Cafe, restaurants and Pubs this was the best opportion by far. The fee for 2 nights was extremely reasonable and the Apartment's Manager Clare was professional and timely with all comms Thanks."

"We loved staying at The Hide. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus lots of nice little touches. The porch area and firepit area are great areas to relax in and take in the quiet, natural surrounds. And our dog loved it too! Definitely recommend it. "

"Booked skylight retreat accommodation for a week whilst me and my worker were working down in Falcon to save us driving back to Perth every day.
