The host was very friendly and helpful. When we walked in, my first thought was.. how clean! The price was great for the size and location of the property. We would definitely stay here again! Host even had fresh flowers, wine and snacks! Thank you for a great weekend!

Grand Huron
This is the first time we have stayed on the east coast of Michigan. Wish the weather would have been better. The owners have created a very nice place to relax and unwind. I would 100% recommend this rental to anyone.

Everything we hoped for!
We knew the area was gorgeous but the house really made our trip fantastic. I have never felt more at home at a rental. The place was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The surrounding property and access to Lake Huron make the place peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back to take advantage of all the summer activities!

Loved It!
My friends and I celebrated New Year’s here for the weekend and it was lovely. The area is gorgeous and the house is very spacious, clean, and tidy. Lots of beautiful places nearby to go hiking or exploring and it’s super close to the water. The owner Geoffrey was kind, informative, and accommodating. I highly recommend and if I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here.

Wonderful long weekend getaway!
The property has everything you would need on hand if you didn't have time to run to the store - coffee, creamer, sugar, even snacks and wine! SO thoughtful! We enjoyed the stay with our older mother and mother-in-law - having a ranch plan and comfy seating in the family room was welcomed. We are new land owners in PI harbor and don't have a place built yet so will be back! Grateful you are pet friendly too! Thank you for making it memorable! The Denhards

Comfortable Home!
Stayed here with two co-workers for a work trip and we all found the property to be wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable and allowed us to relax comfortably after working each day. Looks exactly like the photos in the listing and will stay again next time we have to travel this way!

Peaceful getaway
This was a wonderful place to stay! Everything was exactly as listed and the owner was very responsive. The house is clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated. The location is very peaceful, with a wonderful porch that invites you to sit down and relax. The house is within a short drive of beaches and lighthouses; a binder on the counter lists all kinds of attractions in the area. We loved everything about it and definitely would come back.

As it should be
We have stayed at many properties, and this is one of my favorites. The listing was accurate which is not always the case. House was very clean and well appointed. Our bed was super comfortable. In a few hundred steps you are on a beautiful beach where we spent many hours.

Understand what you are renting
This home was perfectly sized for our small family. The location was very nice and clean. Nicely decorated and relatively recently updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and a lovely welcome snack package. You can hear the lake from the deck, you just can’t access it within walking distance. When I booked this, we looked at the listing and photos and believed we would have access to all of the amenities as guests of the owner. This was not the case. Seven of the 33 photos were of amenities that you have to be an association owner to access. To access the association amenities, you have to purchase a contracted annual membership. You can get to beaches within a 10-15 minute drive, but you will need to find county/state parks to do so.

Great relaxing winter retreat
The property was better than listed! The home was very well taken care of and very very clean throughout. Communication with the owner was top notch. The home offers everything you need. Just bring food and clothing and you're all set. Location was great, lots of places to go within half an hour. Step out the front door and your just a minute walk to the Lake and a wonderful coast line with lots of beautiful views. Our trip was over the new year and weather was great. The entire family had a great time. Kids are 8, 15 & 17. We spent our days sleeping in in the extremely comfortable beds, doing some hiking around the property, travelling to some local state parks and then relaxing in the evenings in the very comfortable living room. Overall a very relaxing trip with zero hassle. I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we plan on it!

Nice home
No internet because water damage was in the cat5 cable and caused the communication box to be inoperable. No TV because of the internet. No cell coverage because it was so far out. Beautiful area and home though, and the linens and snacks being provided helped a lot.

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay. It seemed everything in the area was listed as private property. We realized after awhile we had access to everything listed as private as part of a harbor association property. This includes the path down to the water. We weren't able to use the grill because of ants. Other than that everything was very clean, easy check in, easy check out, easy to get a hold of.

Unexpected Guests
Everything seemed ok until we found mice in the kitchen. Mice droppings in the silverware drawer, on the counter, crackers half eaten and witnessing one scurrying from the sink to behind the range. We had my almost-2 year old grandson with us and it was unnerving and unsanitary to say the least. My attempts to contact Evolve, the property management company have gone unanswered. If you like mice, this is a great place for you, otherwise, I would steer clear.
