"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and everything seemed to be going perfectly at first. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were genuinely disappointed to find that the minibar was not complimentary. After paying 14,000 TL for the room, it felt disheartening that such services weren’t included.
Since we had forgotten our phone cable in the car, we requested an iPhone charger. The charger that was sent to us turned out to be a fake, and it didn’t work...
"The staff was very nice, however the room we got was right next to the lift and there was no soundproofing , and we could hear everything from the hallway and the street. The bathroom didn’t appear to be that clean, there was no seal on the toilet and we only had two half opened toilet paper rolls. We stayed for two nights and we would be headed somewhere else but we had another night booked two days after so we talked to the people in the reception and asked please to get another room , away...

Achtung: Da dieses Hotel an dem Erdogan Palast in der nähe steht, sollten Reisende aus dem Fenster keine Fotos vom Palast machen. Das hat meine Mutter gemacht und schwups war die Polizei im Hotel und wollte wissen wer die Kundschaft war. Zum Glück waren wir zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen gewesen.

Rezervasyonumuzu kısa sürede önce yapmıştık ve resepsiyonda Emircan bey çok yardımcı oldu.
Bize iki farklı oda önerdiler ve hangisini istersek aynı ücretle kalabileceğimizi söylediler.
Ertesi sabah, çantalarımızı emanet ederek tura çıktık.
Çevresinde ki sayısız yeme içme alternatifleri ile, sonraki ziyaretimizde de konaklayacağımz adres oldu.

"Temiz, sessiz, güleryüzlü personele sahip kolay bulunmayacak türden bir şehir oteli. Odalar biraz daha geniş olsaydı mükemmel olacaktı. Ama diğer özelliklerinin yanında göze görünmüyor. Odanın, yatağın ve banyonun temizliği ayrıca yatağın rahatlığı 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Bundan sonra Ankaradaki tek adresim."

"Otel odası saat 14:00’da teslim ediliyor. Erken gittiğimiz için 1 saat kadar resepsiyon bekleme salonunda bekleyip zaman geçirdik. Bu arada resepsiyon görevlisi Selma Hanım çay ve maden suyu servisi yapılmasını sağladı. Özellikle Selma Hanımefendi ve yanındaki diğer resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşımız hal, tavır ve nezaketleriyle gönlümüzde taht kurdular. Kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.

The person who I think was manager or something of sorts told us that yes, for sure they would find us another room more on the middle of the hallway. Two days later there we were, we checked in again and for our surprise they assigned us the same room. We asked if they didn’t have any other. The receptionist said no and we explained that the “manager” who was also there had said we would give us another. They moved us one floor up, but for our surprise the room was even worse. It smelled damp, we had only one inch of toilet paper, and the noise from the street was deafening. Besides that at 4:3 in the morning the sound from the mosque could be heard as if we were standing next to it. So no sleep again. All in all it was a terrible experience. "
