"Am Haus ist ein erheblicher Renovierungsstau zu verzeichnen. Eine Balkontür kippt beim Öffnen um, der Rollo für diese Tür ist defekt, die Brause an der Badewanne ist nicht nutzbar, da der Brauseknopf defekt ist, das Licht im Wohnzimmer ist defekt, aus dem Hausanschlussraum kommt ein erbärmlicher Geruch, und die Heizung fiel zwei mal komplett aus, so dass wir an den 10 Tagen Aufenthalt 6 Tage kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen etc. hatten. Hier wurden uns von der Verwaltung nacheinander verschiedene...

Es ist perfekt für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp geeignet, wenn man nicht duschen möchte. Mit dem abgwohnten Charme kann ich leben, das Bad geht garnicht, inklusive Silberfischchen. Frühstück war dagegen sehr ordentlich und das Personal gleicht einiges wieder aus, durch Freundlichkeit und Service. "
