Just about perfect
Overall experience very good! The location may have been just a little far from downtown. But, the price certainly made up for that slight inconvenience. Overall, it was very nice!

Lovely and comfortable, less the perfume
We enjoyed the apartment in every way. I'm partial to open spaces and this fit the bill. I was able to cook and still be with the rest of the family while they relaxed on the spacious comfortable couch...watching the large screen. I chose this rental for that reason and the fact that it is newly remodeled. The ONLY draw back was the plugged in artificial perfume/air pollutant/freshener. Even after putting it outside and having the windows open, the smell never went away for the four days we stayed. In my opinion, those are used to cover up unwanted smell and is overall a degrading aspect to the indoor environment. Just like not having scented laundry detergent, the room should be scent free. I feel the same about the dish soap. Unscented products are a neutral option when serving the public. Everything else was great.

Clean, comfortable quiet and safe.
Thoroughly enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed was as presented in the listing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good access to downtown. We did not cook but noticed other than spices and coffee fixings there are no foodstuffs( bit of flower, oil etc) or condiments like we have seen at some other rentals.Would hesitate to recommend or rent again if we had a need in this area.

Super nice condo
Totally enjoyed our stay here. The inside of this unit is fully modernized, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. From kitchen to bathroom to living room to bedroom everything is great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!
This place is extremely comfortable and beautifully remodeled. A nice end unit. Very close to Whiskey Row but because of the hills we still drove. Parking in the downtown area is very easy. If you visit you must go to Watson Lake!

Good location, nicely updated.
Loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and close enough to walk to the square, Starbucks, Black Dog coffee, many restaurants, and the farmer's market. There is plenty of room for parking. The oversized couch was a nice deviation from many other rental options. The kitchen is updated, including granite countertops, and well stocked.

Great home!
Beautiful little apartment. Nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with little extras; coffee, creamer, sugar, oatmeal. A full spicerack is nice and you have everything you need to cook and bake. The location is very close to historic district although we always drove. Just easier. After a day of activities we enjoyed relaxing "at home" . We would love to come back to Prescott and when we do we will stay at Prescott Getaway. I highly recommend this home!

The one bedromm cottage was wonderful! So new I was afraid to touch anything!
This sweet little place was well stocked with all the possible kitchen items I could need. Everything is new and super clean. Great king sized bed closet space and a dresser. Quiet location within walking distance to downtown. Wish we were staying longer! We will be back! A hidden gem!

Nice place!
Very nice, neat and cozy condos within walking distance of downtown and the Court House. Convenient to downtown restaurants, hiking and the lakes. Units are well equipped and recently renovated to stay comfortably for a few days or weeks in the area.

Clean & comfortable
We really were pleased with this property. It's located central to everything we needed and had ample parking. The upgrades are really well done and it is extremely clean and well supplied. There were even spices and oatmeal! I want to let the owners know that the microwave gave error messages that the door was not closed and wouldn't work every time, but with persistence it would eventually intermittently work. We had trouble getting the TV remote to work because the box was behind the TV, but we balanced it atop the TV to get it to work. We were also unable to locate the filter to add to the coffee maker so we could use our own grounds. These are minor issues that are easily addressed and based on how well attended everything is here I expect they'll be quickly resolved. This place is so clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The bed and pillows are fantastic. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others. I spent half a day there because I needed rest and felt extremely comfortable. . Thank you!

Wonderful place
Beautifully decorated. All the amenities were there. I had a problem with the soft foam bed. I didn't know when I went to sleep that I would wake up with a back ache. The next night I slept on the sofa. No back ache that morning. My husband had no problem with the mattress. The parking access to the room was wonderful. No steps, not very far to go.

We loved the apartment, newly renovated, spot less, very comfortable bed.
This is a newly renovated apartment. We loved it. Very clean spotless. Very comfortable bed, l would recommend to friends and would stay there again. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking meals. We use Airbnb and VRBO often and this was the best one so far.

Great getaway!
The Prescott Getaway was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and fridge big enough for our five days. Felt safe and secure, we didn't worry about our car or items leaving for the day. Location was a quick drive to downtown, many restaurants, bars, antique shops and breweries. Prescott was very welcoming and friendly place to visit. We're will definitely be back and hope Lisa's spot is available. We are even thinking of bringing family and staying in the 2 bedroom! Thanks for everything!

Absolutely Perfect!
We came up to Prescott for the week to look at homes with the possibility of relocating from CA. Our condo was perfect! It was nicely remodeled, very conveniently located, warm and cozy ... couldn't have asked for more. Lisa and Wade were always available for questions or anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending this property.
