"Das Haus war genau das richtige für uns. Groß genug für alle, auch ausreichend Bäder, und mit dem herrlichen Pool. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnte man gut schlafen. Und direkt im Ort Essen gehen, Einkaufen und Abends eine schöne Zeit haben."

"Netter Vermieter der uns alles gezeigt hat und sehr nett war. Waren eine Nacht dort und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Der Zustand der Türen war etwas bedenklich und der Kühlschrank leider immer wieder sehr laut aber alles in allem ein guter Platz für ein paar Nächte. Liegt auch in super Reichweite zu Fuß zu zahlreichen Restaurants, dem Park Kamenjak und dem Hauptplatz Premanturas. "

"Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Moskitonetzte vorhanden und Verdunklung der Fenster ist nicht möglich. Lattenrost kaputt, Matratzen unterschiedliche Höhen, Wasserhahn wackelig, Pool trüb. Poolheizung musste zwei Tage vorher bestellt werden, trotzdem war der pool nicht aufgeheizt. Sonnenliegen nur sechs Stück vorhanden, obwohl das Haus insgesamt 14 Personen aufnehmen kann. Zumindest wurde uns auf Anfrage noch zwei Liegen gebracht. Die Schaukel im Garten war einsturzgefährdet. Geht gar...
