"This is a wonderful house, perfect for a large family or two families. The house is cozy, convenient and very friendly, and the location can't be beat in terms of being near to Hunter Mountain, hiking trails and other great locations in the area. "Lisa was very friendly and responsive. There was a very sweet cat on the property however there was no hot water for longer than 7 minutes in the shower. No firewood for the fire pit or coals for the grill which was fine we just didn’t know before hand. One of the burners in the hotplate doesn’t work as well so it took a bit longer to cook. "

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"The property was great for a weekend ski getaway to Hunter Mountain with friends. The house was custom built by the owners and has some great touches - hot tub, sauna, two kitches, wood burning fireplace - that made it a really fun place to stay with a group of friends. "We really enjoyed our stay in Hunter. The house met our needs well for a large family gathering. The hot tub and game room were excellent. Beutiful inside.It is close to shopping and hiking trails in the area. We did a lot of cooking and could have used larger cutting boards and baking/roasting pans. Be aware that the house is right on the main road into Hunter. The pinball machine was frustrating at times because the ball would get stuck.Overall it was a great stay."

"This large home comfortably accommodated 16 guests ages 21 to 87. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a group this large are hard to find but this home has plenty. The large and well stocked kitchen was a great gathering space after a day on the slopes with plenty of space for chefs and sous-chefs to work while the rest watched while enjoying apres-ski activities. The dining room was great for evening board games and led easily to the living room for evening movies. We look forward to returning."
