Recently and finely restored, Casa Il Riccio is a typical Mediterranean villa, characterized by barrel vaults and an exceptional sea view. It boasts a large garden, in the shade of a colorful and fragrant lemon pergola, fully equipped with outdoor table and BBQ, as well as a large heated solarium area with hydromassage pool: ideal for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view. The location is privileged: in the heart of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym. Casa Il Riccio is the ideal solution for a group of four: it has two large internal bedrooms with bathroom, both with access to the front terrace, an open space of size with induction kitchen and living area with access to the third bathroom with large tub. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.

Casa Il Riccio is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: a few steps from bars, restaurants, grocery store, beach and bus stop. To reach the house it is necessary to walk a path of about 150 meters and about 10 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. Private paid parking is available at about 300 meters, on request.
