The staff were genuinely friendly, and their warm hospitality made our time here very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — hearty and delicious. The facilities are new and well-maintained, with beautiful interior design and stylish furniture that gave the place a modern touch. "Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again."
"Localização muito boa, próximo da praia e de diversos restaurantes e bares. Sim, tem barulho por conta da música ao vivo do bar em frente, mas não passou das 23h. Talvez nos quartos que não são voltados para a rua talvez não haja barulho. O hotel é antigo, mas o quarto era limpo e bem espaçoso. Os funcionários foram muito gentis. "

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve.
The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

"The property is well located within 400 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars & when you walk into the Holiday Inn, it is a relaxing garden oasis. The infinity pool is divine & the team members always have a smile on their faces. Had a minor scare when my wife thought she’d lost her gold earring. The reception team & engineering were quick to respond & the earring was retrieved. Thank you."

"Tivemos uma experiência incrível com a estadia. Excelente localização, quarto amplo e organizado, limpeza todos os dias muito boa e kits de higiene pessoal repostos diariamente no banheiro. Além disso, uma piscina no rooftop bem gostosa e restaurante no hotel.
Único ponto de melhoria é que a iluminação do quarto era um pouco escura."
