"We met the owner at breakfast who organised for a chocolate cake to be delivered to our room for afternoon tea so we felt very spoilt. The Junior Suite was spacious with a separate lounge seating which was very comfortable."
"It is a great resort property and the beach is just few minutes walk. The open resort feel is awesome as the area otherwise is a bit congested on the main road. The staff is excellent and attends to all requests and needs. "
"This is the second time we have stayed here, a comfortable hotel only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is great and the rooms are very comfortably appointed. "
"Lovely relaxing 9 days spent here. Really can't fault the place at all including the staff. The only negative comments I could say is that the wifi is terrible and breakfast has very minimal choice. These are tiny though compared to the positives it has to offer."
"The staff especially Ecchita, Akash and the managers Sambhavi and Prachi were very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with all sorts of issues. Look forward to coming back to Novotel Spa and Resort in the near future.

"Hotel maintained their excellent standards, were attentative and supportive with our needs. The roof top swimming pool, sauna and steam room was really relaxing at the end of the day and the views were great. Great choice at breakfast. Staff in all areas were extremely professional and welcoming. "

The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding.
Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, We had a lovely 16 night stay and will definatley be back."
"Hotel is very comfortable and staff very kind. Breakfast is awesome. The only low lights for us was the pool, which wasn't warm nor big enough to our taste. The building casts a shadow on it most of the day, so the temperature was not ideal."
