Cozy retreat just 1 mile from the Fine Creek Brewery & eclectic wedding venue.

Great location with Brewery nearby & The Foundry Golf course all within 1.5 miles. Nestled just off Huguenot Trail which offers several historical sites to check out. This house will comfortably house 2 adults and 2 children, fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, dish ware and utensils. Linens, towels & toiletries also available along with hair dryer. Washer and dryer is on site with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. TVs are in each room, two of which are set up for streaming, internet/Wi-Fi available. DVD player on site with several dvds available for viewing.

Just as described...
The house was extremely clean and had everything needed and as described. Lisa was prompt and accomodating at every turn. Neighborhood was quiet and outdoor space was great...unfortunately we had alot of rain. If we visit family in the area again, we'll definitely re-book and build a fire.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was adorable, very clean and nicely stocked! Lisa had so many nice touches that made us feel very welcome! Our check in and check out went very smoothly and we would definitely recommend this cottage if you are visiting the Richmond area!

From the moment we pulled in the driveway, it felt like home. Inviting, welcoming, not a single detail was overlooked. We were sorry we had to leave.

Perfect place.
My golf buddy and I enjoyed the property during three days of golf at the Foundry. It was a perfect, peaceful retreat and Lisa was very responsive and helpful. I will stay here again, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and Foundry leadership.

A home with a heart
“Good things come in small packages.” More like “great.” What this place lacks in size, the hosts make up for in heart! You will not find another host that goes the distance to make you feel welcome. The tiny details that Lisa & David pay special attention to & take tremendous pride in are unmatched! We were in town for a wedding & the amazing outdoor space allowed us that ability to host family during our stay. Everyone that came over commented on how great the place was. When you show up at a VRBO you have no idea what you do or do not need. Lisa & David make sure you have the basics to get through. If you need anything additional, just ask & they will make it happen. If you are considering booking this little gem, do not hesitate! I am a little over the top with my expectations & this little gem met them & exceeded them. However small, the hosts go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. Fresh flower bouquets, k cups, creamer, eggs, hygiene product, paper products… You name it, they have thought of it. Thank you, Lisa & David, for such a wonderful experience even with our little check in snag! 😊

Even better than home!
In town for a baseball tournament, my 16 year old son and I so enjoyed this peaceful space to relax and recharge after a couple hot days at the fields. We stay in VRBOs frequently between our kids in college and in travel sports, and this is the most thoughtfully appointed place we’ve ever stayed. The extra touches included eggs, milk and butter in the fridge, frosty mugs in the freezer ready to fill with your beverage of choice, laundry detergent, cookware, coffee, the list goes on! Beyond that, the decor was so lovely. Communication with the host was great. Thanks for everything! Will definitely return if we play in the area again!

Our family had such a lovely stay. The house was small, very cozy, absolutely spotless, and beautifully decorated. There were so many thoughtful touches - butter, eggs, and cream in the fridge, board games in the closet, DVDs in the bureau, laundry supplies, scented bath products, hairdryer, makeup remover pads, and even a bag of epsom salts in the bathroom. I felt so cared for, like I was a guest in the home of a friend. Our host made herself accessible if we had any needs, but we didn't have any because she'd already thought of everything! The one thing we asked for, was already there, we just didn't see it. Thank you so much for wonderful, restful, refreshing weekend.
