"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in...

"The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hubby and I decided to take a trip without the family and just needed a small intimate place to sleep & hang while we explored. It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. "

"The space was plenty for our family of 5. The kids loved the slide and the paddle board was enjoyable. The beds were comfy and the ac window units kept it cool. The only thing i wish it had was ice trays. Loved our stay and will definitely be back"

"Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. "

"We booked Haven house as a llocatiin for family to stay together for my so’s graduation for UT Knoxville. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property has a very well stocked kitchen and large common gathering areas. The beds were comfortable. the location was very convienent to both Knoxville and Sevierville. The house is Avery good value for a large group. "
