The Space:
Riverside Condo is one of our Signature Series homes overlooking the beautiful Spokane River in Post Falls, ID. This high-end condo features modern upgrades and dĆ©cor throughout, plus fantastic amenities. Located 15 minutes from downtown Coeur dā€™Alene and 30 minutes from downtown Spokane, staying here makes it easy to enjoy recreation and activities all over the Inland Northwest.

The city of Post Falls has great parks, restaurants and breweries to check out! Three minutes from the condo, Qā€™emlin Park is a must-see that has everything including a public beach, large park with playground equipment and picnic tables, and 40 acres of trails for rock climbing, hiking and other sports. The Post Falls Brewing Company is only 2 minutes away and a 7 minute drive will take you to Schneidmiller Avenueā€”home of several restaurants including local favorite breakfast spot, The Old European.

With an open concept floor plan, youā€™ll be impressed by how spacious this condo is! Head past the entryway hallway and the first thing youā€™ll see is the modern kitchen. Youā€™ll enjoy more than enough room to cook on the large granite countertops that also offer seating for 4 at the bar. The adjacent dining room table seats 4 moreā€”and the close proximity allow for everyone to still be able to socialize.

Settled in front of floor to ceiling windows filled with mountain and river views, the cozy living room has a gas fireplace, TV and tons of comfortable seating. From morning to evening youā€™ll love curling up here while you sip on coffee or wine and enjoy the ambiance. When youā€™d like some fresh mountain air, just open the glass door to the patio where you can see (and hear the roar) of the stunning Spokane River. This outdoor area is complete with a large table and seating for 4. You can also head down and take a stroll on the condo communityā€™s boardwalk by the river.

For sleeping accommodations, youā€™ll enjoy three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king bedsā€”one with floor to ceiling windowsā€”and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle. The master bathroom has double sinks, a shower and a separate tub and the easily accessible second bathroom has a standing shower.

House Hunting

Moving back to the area and weā€™re lucky enough to find this great rental to decompress and talk about options. Quiet with amazing views and walking distance to great pubs. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Thanksgiving

Entering the property was very easy. We were traveling with adult children and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed which was good because I was cooking a makeshift Thanksgiving dinner. The condo was just perfect for us, the living and dining area were very comfortable. We loved looking over the water and watching the wildlife even in November. We are in the area frequently and would definately stay there again.

Waking up the the views were worth it.

The condo was gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of restaurants around, go across the bridge to a great little beach. Kitchen and house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Would love to stay again.

Needs Repair

Like the people before us! David needs fixin! First of all the deck and the building is under major deck repair! We didnā€™t feel safe going out there as it is supported by 4x4 due to rotting wood. there isnā€™t a cover and the furniture out there isnā€™t for loungingā€¦. There are shades that need replaced and missingā€¦ the couch and love seat are very dirty! i used sheets to cover them! the bed was comfortableā€¦ I had reached out about the missing shade before we rented and the rental company said it was replaced,,, that isnā€™ttrue!

Perfect - Just Perfect!

I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father's "celebration of life." As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn't get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

Great place

I really like the fact it has 2 bedrooms with king beds. Thatā€™s difficult to find. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didnā€™t need anything I couldnā€™t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didnā€™t look). Water heater didnā€™t keep up with the 4th shower but then again Iā€™m used to an on demand at home so Iā€™m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Birthday treat

The property was perfect for our birthday celebration with kayaking and exploring the area. Close enough to CDA without the traffic and beautiful peaceful view watching for eagles and geese flying overhead. We had all that we needed. I would add a Keurig coffee machine to update a little.

Spectacular river access

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, relaxing, and a great place for a group gathering!

We were thrilled to be at such a beautiful condo for our 5 day vacation. Loved the view while sipping on our morning coffee. I am disabled and I managed getting around fairly well with how the furniture was placed and ofcourse it helped to have an elevator to get to the condo.

My wife and I were very pleased with this condo. We will definitely stay here again. The place was well appointed and a great home away from home. It was nice to be on the highest floor of the place. The pictures are a great representation of the spot.
