"Property had a nice feel with the decor. Great view. Perfect distance to downtown for walking. Parking was always available and convenient. Also, close to some nice bakeries and park. Nice comfortable bed. It was pretty quiet considering the location and the other tenants. "

"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

"We spent 4 great nights in this immaculate jelly bean home with every amenity you need including a bbq. The bed was large and comfy, towels were thick and fluffy and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware etc including some spices. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. There was always a spot for parking and the home is close to everything in the area. The bathroom is in the basement; being in our 70's, we had no problem but something for others to consider. "Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!"

"This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. Would definitley recommend this place!"

"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"The accommodations were modern and updated and very clean. The rental is centrally located near downtown. The AC on the second level was not working during our stay which meant opening windows to cool that level. The road noise outside can be loud at times which made sleeping a little challenging. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this rental."
