The Space:

The second floor accommodates the third bedroom and master bedroom, both booming with an abundance of natural light due to their high ceilings. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and full bathroom with a tub. The master suite encompasses a king bed, full bathroom with vanity sink and walk-in shower, fire place, walk-in closet, make-up table, exercise area, office, and laundry room.

Guest Access:
This is a family home with a backyard available for your use. Please feel free to enjoy any amenities provided. However, we kindly request that you maintain a reasonable noise level throughout your stay, especially when using the backyard, as a courtesy to our neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
We are in one of the best neighborhoods in Portsmouth. Quiet, secluded and residential, with a large fenced in backyard behind the home and plenty of space to the right of the driveway. We have residential neighbors on both sides of us so we thank you in advance for being a courteous and respectful guest!
We're just 8 minutes from Portsmouth Hospital, 4 minutes from downtown Portsmouth and 9 minutes from the beach!
Getting Around:
We have plenty of space for parking - 4-5 cars in the driveway as well as free street parking. We also store 2 bicycles in the garage with helmets for our guests to use. You can walk to downtown in about 25 minutes.
