11 night stayā€¦ 1 great time!

We had a great time in Portsmouth over the 4th of July. The condo was cozy, very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything yet on a quiet part of Market St. Our only wish was that was more storage space for our clothes. But overall, weā€™d highly recommend this rental!

You couldnā€™t ask for a better VRBO experience. Perfectly located next to all the shopping and restaurants. Steps away from waterfront dining. I would definitely use again when back in Portsmouth.

Back to UNH Winter Celebration

Had a couple itinerary changes and Todd was super accommodating about the changes. He had some good tips about what to do while we were there. Location is great, short walk to restaurants and shops, hope to return when we are able to stay longer. First experience with beautiful Portamouth, won't be the last! In fact we arw back in Portsmouth as I write this.

We loved our winter stay at this cozy, comfortable apartment in downtown Portsmouth. It combines the old character of the historic building with all new and modern finishes. We had easy walking access to all the shops and restaurants. Many thoughtful touches by the owner for guests. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful weekend in Portsmouth

We loved staying in Toddā€™s adorable place! It was spotless and had everything we needed. Right in the middle of everything! We parked the car and walked everywhere all weekend. Todd was a great host, very prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommend!

We visited Portsmouth for a family wedding and couldnā€™t have found a more perfect place to stay. Beautiful property right smack dab in the middle of everything the city has to offer. We did take advantage of another review which mentioned Parrot Avenue free parking which was a quick walk away.

Awesome Place!

Todd & Taraā€™s place was absolutely perfect! Short walking distance to all that Portsmouth has to offer. Convenient to coastal Maine, as well. We had all the amenities one could need ~ even yummy ice cream treats in the freezer! We would definitely stay again!

Great litte spot in Portsmouth

My husband and I stayed here while we had our wedding in Portsmouth a few weeks ago since we were looking for something a little bigger and suite-like than what the hotels offered. Place was perfect for just the two of us, with easy access to the heart of Portsmouth and the parking garage. No issues with noise from the street and while there are stairs up to the apartment, I didn't think they were too difficult to navigate. Todd was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would certainly stay there again!

Great location and very nice place. Drawback was the stairs at the entry and very very small living area. Great for a couple. Iā€™d stay there again but felt the price was a bit high. Super nice owner.

Perfect Little Getaway

My husband and I took a quick little getaway, and this was the perfect location with a wonderful host. Todd was very communicative, and the apartment was clean, trendy, and welcoming. winter weekend trip

We wanted to be able to stay in a place that would allow us to walk everywhere in downtown Portsmouth: to shops, to restaurants, to the water. This location is perfect, right at the edge of downtown and basically across the street from the main parking garage. The apartment on the smaller side, but SO well designed and lovely. Living and storage space is thoughtfully maximized and the "how to" notes from the owner cover everything that you need to know.

Portsmouth Pit-stop

It was a perfect pit-stop in Portsmouth. The location was right in the middle of great eats and perfect spot for shopping. I was concerned about parking at first, but there's a parking garage in a 1-2 minute walk. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Fantastic location and comfortable unit

This was our first visit to Portsmouth, and we are so grateful to Todd for providing such a convenient and nice place to stay. We really enjoyed being able to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurantsā€¦and especially enjoyed Cure and Bennett Sandwich Shop. Also, the proximity to 95 was close enough to hop on and visit the southern coast of Maine. Really enjoyed our trip and wish we had more time to have stayed a few more days. Thank you Todd for being readily available to answer questions regarding parking, etc. Hope we get the opportunity to visit the Portsmouth area again soon.
