Family group for our college homecoming
The house looked exactly like the pictures we ran into a few problems but not with the host or the house we enjoyed our stay and it was pretty close to our homecoming I would definitely recommend, house was extremely clean

Great Property
House was very welcoming. Very clean all throughout. Grill could be replaced. Pool was great, wish we had better weather to be able to use it more. Definitely would recommend to others!

Great House and Pool!
Stayed at this house with my parents, in-laws, and children and it was perfect! The backyard and pool area are perfect for hanging out all day and then grilling in the evening. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful all around!
This home is beautifully done, very clean and the neighborhood is a dream, I only have 2 minor complaints haha! It was hard to get ready because there is no full length mirror in the house, or none that I saw so that and it felt a little like the whole neighborhood could watch your every move because some windows didnt have curtains. Wouldnt stop me from staying again because it was such a great home! The host was fantastic about answering questions quickly which was appreciated! Overall 10/10!

Great Family Holiday Villa
The property was perfect for our family of seven , two under ten children , three mid aged persons , and two seniors . The children loved their independent den , games room with twin beds . The house was a good size , with lots of space to find peace and quiet or indeed have a large gathering for meals , games or just get togethers . The outside facilities were great with a good size pool which our family used every day , great barbecue facilities and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The area allowed us to visit the Virgina beaches within 30 minutes and to have shopping and restaurants available locally. Overall this property met all our requirements and would certainly recommend this villa as a holiday base .

Booked this house to attend a Morgan Wallen concert at Virginia Beach. Got stuck in traffic and was running extremely behind. When we arrived at the house, to our surprise there were snacks and cold water in the frig, this was great since we had no time to grab dinner before the concert. This was probably one of the best stocked houses that I have ever stayed in. The house was well decorated and was super clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we definitely felt safe. The pool was great and beach towels and floats were there for our use. I can’t say enough goods things about this house and would definitely consider renting again.

Family Time
We came from Tennessee, Illinois, Maryland and Virginia to be in Portsmouth VA for our granddaughter’s wedding. “Paradise House” was the perfect place for us. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable. TVs in almost every room but we didn’t use them. The neighbors were friendly, the sun was shining and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway
The property was amazing. Loved the house and the closeness of stores and places to eat. The house has everything you need and they supply you with coffee and snacks. It was a ladies weekend and the house was perfect for us. Can’t wait to book again next year.

A Cute Home
We had a great stay at this house. It was very spacious and suited our needs. It’s also in a very quiet neighborhood so it’s a plus for our family. Checked in and detailed info was provided in a timely manner, which is always great for the renters. Even with all the plus, there were a few negatives, which doesn’t deter us from renting again in the future though. Since the house is spacious, it has a lot of windows. However, a lot of windows didn’t have curtains. I have a thing with open windows and this feeling made me felt uneasy. The main bathroom didn’t have curtains either and this is a huge no for me. Secondly, it was still cold at night during this time of the year and we had a difficult time figuring out how to turn the heat on. I know sending a message would have resolved the situation but we didn’t feel like we should email for every question we had. It wasn’t user friendly since it was a smart thermostat. We eventually figured out to work the thermostat but my kids and I still stayed cold at night since we didn’t figure out until too late that the vents were closed. Lastly, we rented the house with a pool assuming that if we weren’t able to go to the beach that we could use the pool. Again, the weather was on the cooler end and the pool didn’t have any heater so the kids didn’t get to play in the pool. Aside from these negative. It’s a cute house and I’m sure renting it over the summer will not be a disappointment.

Perfect base for Dismal Swamp
Our group was in the area to explore the east and west sides of Dismal Swamp in our kayaks. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room in the driveway for our 2 cars loaded with our gear. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. Our host checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended place to stay.

Relaxing Friend Getaway
The house was amazing. It looked exactly how the listing showed. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We enjoyed the pool and backyard oasis. Jason was very responsive and attentive when we arrived. We are definitely considering renting again. Thank you for having us

Awesome experience!
This place was great! The pool as large and there was a variety of floats at the house. We loved the extra amenities like K-cup coffee, board games, and snacks. Lots of space in all the rooms and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating.

Overall nice place
My only complaint is that all the beds have extremely soft mattresses with no box springs. So if you suffer from arthritis, back issues, sciatica etc you won’t get a good night sleep. I was surprised to be welcomed with snacks, waters. The house was extremely clean and a nice home to stay in

Beautiful House
My family and I had a great stay at this house! It was roomy and the kids loved the pool! Any questions we had were quickly answered by management and the whole process was great. Would definitely rent again when in the area.
