"This was even better than the pictures! You walk into the house and the living and dining area is open concept and all windows so all you see is the beautiful cypress trees and ocean view. The backyard is amazing and we lounged by the huge fire pit every night. The area is very quaint and small and several hiking trails literally just out the door. The cypress tree tunnel trail that you can walk to is so beautiful!! I was concerned since it was next to a restaurant but you do not hear any...

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"We chose this unit because we were visiting family that lives in Willow Glen, and this location was excellent. The unit was very clean and we would stay here again. Two suggestions - there was no bar soap for the shower, so we had to get some from our family. One of the mattresses was way too firm for us, so you might consider adding a mattress topper. Otherwise, the unit had everything we needed. "

"Comfortable place for a weekend getaway for 4 adults. Although the house is on a busy street, the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Close to downtown Willow Glen. The host was very attentive and helpful. Off street parking was nice and there is a spacious backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Me loved staying at this house! It’s beautifully decorated, well-provisioned and absolutely immaculate. We stayed with our adult children (and significant others), and did not have a single complaint! The location is ideal, just steps from the beach, and a quick drive to Half Moon Bay. The house was perfect for our large extended family (aunts, uncles, mom, siblings, kids (10, 13, 16). We were all comfortable in the house and were able to entertain friends who came by.The house was clean and in a great location for us. Communication and feedback with owner was great too."

"The stay was great except we lost the internet and cable for about 12 hours. Communication with manager was excellent; very responsive. The heaters are pretty weak.... had to turn them up to 'Hi' to keep warm. We stayed upstairs and managed but if anyone had even downstairs they probably would have been quite cold."

"We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and closeness to the beach and trails. Our family fit nicely. We enjoyed the birds in the trees and bushes and took many photos of the hummingbirds. However, the master bath did not have wash cloths or hand towels. And with 5 of us we had to wash dishes by hand every meal (hard to do with one dishtowel) so we had enough dishes for the next meal. We didn't use the dishwasher because each meal did not fill it. "

"We had a fantastic stay. The rental, the property, the amenities and the location are all fantastic. This is a perfect space for a family, with everything you need (cooking supplies, etc.) plus lot's of bonuses (beautiful hiking trails steps from the driveway, fun activities on property, and tons of kids' games and books in the unit). This is in a beautiful part of the Bay Area and feels secluded, but is close to everything. Also Bill was lovely and responsive. Thank you for a great week!"
