APPARTAMENTO LA VACANZA

The La Vacanza apartment is a comfortable studio apartment located in a small residence about 800 meters from the beach, reachable on foot, about 10/15 minutes walk, in the small town of Bagnaia, overlooking the Bay of Portoferraio, in the north side of the island. The beach of Bagnaia is made up of pebbles smoothed by the sea mixed with sand, intimate and welcoming, it is the ideal environment for those who love peace and relaxation but don't want to give up a nice dip at any time of day. The central position of Bagnaia allows you to reach the lively centers of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in a few minutes by car, the distances are about 12 kilometers. We report to our guests in the immediate vicinity a bus stop for Portoferraio, in the square at about 750 meters, on the beach, bathing establishments, sun loungers and umbrellas rental, pedal boat and boat rental, sailing school, diving center, playground for children. In the small town center there are restaurants and pizzerias, bars and ice cream parlors, minimarkets and bazaars, newspapers, tobacconists and pharmacies open mainly during the summer season. On Sunday morning in the summer months the characteristic street market takes place and often culinary events are organized during the week.
Studio 2/3 pax: a nice apartment within the "San Michele" condominium, consisting of several apartments, is available to our guests. It is located on the raised ground floor of a few steps and can be reached via a short walk from the parking area. The studio, about 26 square meters, with an independent entrance, is composed of a living area with a small kitchenette (complete with 2 electric burners, small refrigerator), a double sofa bed, a single bed; a bathroom with shower and washing machine; outside, a balcony with a view, equipped with a table and chairs. The furniture is simple but comfortable, with TV and air conditioning. Public parking space nearby.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Utilities: water, gas, electricity included. Final cleaning: € 90.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
