This charming, rustic country house has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The main living space is an open area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious balcony providing an excellent view of the beautiful mountain landscape.

The second open space, on the lower level, has a charming bedroom equipped with a queen bed, a fireplace and a small balcony.

The top-floor attic has two single beds and low-slung ceilings suitable for children or guests of shorter stature.

All beds are lined in hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house does not offer a covered parking area. However, ample parking space is available on the road in front of the entrance door or a nearby park just a few steps away from the house.

Cleaning and sanitation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Madeira is a Portuguese archipelago popular with nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The island boasts stunning landscapes, from rugged mountains to lush forests, and visitors can explore them by hiking along the Levadas or taking a scenic drive. The capital city of Funchal offers a mix of historic architecture and modern attractions, including lively markets and local restaurants serving traditional cuisine and wine.

Madeira's mild subtropical climate makes it a year-round destination, with warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine. However, the best time to visit is between May and September, when the weather is most pleasant. Madeira offers diverse activities and experiences, making it an excellent destination for anyone seeking natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation.

The nearest town is Porto Moniz, and it is just a 10-minute drive from the property.

Additionally, Funchal is 54.1km away from the Porto Moniz and will take you 1 hour to get there, depending on traffic conditions.

Madeira Airport is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive, and is 70km away from the property

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
